18 | TH E M R EP O RT EXPOSURE Five Star Conference SEPTEMBER 16–18, HYATT REGENCY DALLAS T he 2018 Five Star Conference and Expo brought together housing and mortgage professionals for three days of events, networking, and academic opportunities designed to help the industry "rise above" its most challenging obstacles for years to come. "If you just look around at the industry, there are a number of different people from different walks of life that are here and have a number of different roles," said Tim Rath, Director of Supply Chain and Vendor Management at Safeguard Properties. "I think the Five Star does a great job of encouraging everyone from different phases of our industry to come under one roof together."
