Distressed Supply: 6.7 Hot Home: Former Atlanta Hawks star Joe Johnson is selling his posh pad, and TMZ reported that his decision to sell was prompted by the mansion's size, which Johnson believed was too much for just one man. However, his recent trade to the Brooklyn Nets might also have something to do with the listing, and the expansive 13,822-square-foot property, which boasts a movie theater and gaming area, is now on the market for $4.7 million. Hot Home: The Richthofen Castle, built by Walter von Richthofen and designed by architects Jules Jacques Benedict and Maurice Bixco, is currently on the market for $3.7 million. The estate sits on 1.05 acres, and in addition to its eight bedrooms and seven baths, the home comes with a spooky legend in which the previous owners, who were murdered in 1911, are believed to haunt the house. Hot Home: Jamie Moyer, the oldest pitcher to ever win a Major League Baseball (MLB) game has put his Seattle home on the market. Currently a free agent, the 50-year-old's tenuous standing with the MLB may have prompted his decision to sell the 7,100-square-foot home; Moyer's West Coast abode boasts seven bedrooms and five baths, as well as a saltwater pool, croquet yard, batting cage, and outdoor pizza oven. The list price: $5.35 million. Hot Home: The 1903 Arts and Crafts and Lewis and Clark Exposition home, this classy pad was built in conjunction with the 1905 World's Fair Exposition and designed by prominent Portland architect Emil Schacht. The property backs up to Portland's Forest Park. Inside, the historic 4,200-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. It's listed for $1.175 million. Hot Home: Joseph Picsciotta designed The Bridges, a palatial estate listing for $1.499 million. The home has been remodeled and includes custom cabinetry, a new roof, new windows, upgraded baths, home gym, pool house, and outdoor kitchen area. The 3,934-square-foot abode includes five bedrooms, five baths, a two-car garage, and a pool. A 3-acre estate rumored to be owned by an ultra-private, aging celebrity, that's what. The 9,000-square-foot main home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and two master bedrooms, as well as over-the-top amenities like four indoor waterfalls, a grand ballroom, and a twostory private library. Zillow calls the property, which also features an infinity-edge pool and spa and steam rooms, the ultimate purchase for "the person who wants it all." Hot Home: The front man for the Smashing Pumpkins has decided to unload his Chicago condo after months of renting it. The 3,700-square-foot unit in the Patterson-McCormick mansion has technically been on the market since 2008, but it's not selling, so Billy Corgan slashed the price from the $5.5 million he had originally listed to $3.55 million. Now he's reduced the price yet again—this time, to $2.85 million—in hopes he'll finally be able to offload it. Hot Home: Dallas former mayor Tom Leppert recently put his home on the market. The property features a slate roof, stone exterior, electric gate, circular driveway, and manicured landscaping. Its Texas-sized 11-foot ceilings make the 10,800-square-foot masterpiece look all the more spacious. The dwelling sits in the heart of Old Preston Hollow, Dallas' swankiest part of town. Listing price is a cool $5.695 million. Hot Home: A luxurious estate near Oakland has hit the market, offering potential buyers bay and hill views for $1.695 million. According to Zillow, the "exquisite" 3,976-squarefoot abode features a gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas, and a palatial master suite complete with a private fireplace. For those seeking a compound that can accommodate a large family, the house also has a full floor of living quarters for an "au-pair or in-laws." Hot Home: Grammy awardwinning singer/songwriter Sheryl Crow has said "Over You" to her Los Angeles home in the Hollywood Hills and listed the property for $15.95 million, nearly $15 million less than she bought it for in 1993. The rustic home she shared with her two sons offers four bedrooms and three baths and boasts a wine cellar, music room, and hiking trails. The M Report | 13
