ODETA KUSHI Odeta Kushi has been promoted to Deputy Chief Economist at First American Financial Corporation. Kushi previously served as Senior Economist, helping First American's Economics team research, create, and publish perspectives on the housing market. She is based in the company's Washington, D.C., office. Kushi regularly publishes insightful analysis to the First American Economics Center and speaks frequently at conferences and events. Her research has been cited in business and industry trade media, and she has been quoted in national media outlets, including Forbes, Newsweek, and Fox Business News. Kushi graduated from Northeastern University with a Master's Degree in Applied Economics, specializing in microeco- nomics and applied econometric methods, and she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from St. John Fisher College, in both cases earning the title of Summa Cum Laude. CHAD MOSLEY Texas-headquartered Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS) has announced organizational changes to its management team. The company has promoted Chad Mosley to the new role of Chief Relationship Officer. In this role, Mosley will oversee MCS' customer-facing functions that include the management of all MCS client teams, business development, and marketing. RAVI SINGH California- headquartered Auction.com, a real estate marketplace for distressed asset disposition, has announced the appointment of technology innovator Ravi Singh as Chief Product and Technology Officer. In this role, Singh will oversee Auction.com's combined product, technology, and engineering functions, while expanding the company's suite of technology products. He will report to Jason Allnut, CEO, Auction.com. "Ravi's proven leadership aligns perfectly with Auction.com's focus on growth and innovation. Carter as the Managing Attorney of the firm's Northwest operations in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Before joining the firm, Carter served as the managing shareholder of a prominent mortgage banking law firm based in the Northwest with offices throughout the country. She has spent the majority of her more than 16 years in practice han- dling residential civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex evictions, bankruptcies, non-judicial foreclosures, and judicial foreclosures.
