M R EP O RT | 13 MCROWD ANTHONY GALIANO SLK Global Solutions, a business-process transformation enterprise that serves four of the top 25 banks, announced it has added yet another mortgage veteran to its leadership team. Anthony Galiano has joined SLK as VP of Mortgage Sales and Business Development. In this role, Galiano will be responsible for growing SLK Global's technology-enabled platform solutions and support services for retail mortgage originations and servicing, as well as facilitating the compa- ny's expansion into the wholesale and correspondent markets. He will report to Nate Johnson, SVP Mortgage Business Leader. Galiano comes to SLK Global after working at some of the top firms in the mortgage space, including PHH Mortgage, Wells Fargo, and IGATE. Most recently, Galiano served as the director of non-QM correspondent lending with Silvergate Bank. MIKHAIL GAUSHKIN Auction.com, the nation's largest real estate transaction marketplace, has announced the addition of Mikhail Gaushkin as its CMO. In his new role, Gaushkin will lead Auction.com's marketing organization and continue to drive expansion in buyer markets. His marketing efforts will support Auction.com's relentless focus towards technological innovation and operational excellence. He will report directly to Min Alexander, General Manager and COO of Auction.com. "I'm very pleased to welcome Mikhail to Auction.com at this time of significant growth and innovation for the organization," Alexander said. "Mikhail's track record of success creating data-empowered marketing organizations—coupled with his entrepreneurial grit—will help us further advance our position as the nation's leading real estate marketplace." LEGAL MATT SLONAKER National Bankruptcy Services, which focuses on legal compliance, mortgage bankruptcy servicing, foreclosures, and risk management, recently announced that Matt Slonaker has joined the leadership team. Matt Slonaker is the EVP of National Business Development and will lead the revenue growth strategy efforts and be responsible for aspects of customer acquisi- tion, revenue growth management, marketing enablement, and business development. "Matt has a proven track record of building revenue growth programs and developing successful business development teams," said NBS CEO Brad Cloud. "We're glad that he is joining our leadership team and driving our organic growth in the mortgage, consumer, and automo- tive industry segments."
