D ocutech, a provider of doc- ument, eSign, eClose, and print fulfillment technol- ogy, announced an agreement of integration for dynamic document and digital mortgage capabilities with MortgageFlex Systems, a leading loan origination software (LOS) and servicing provider. Once live, the integration will enable lenders utilizing MortgageFlexONE to gener- ate loan documents through Docutech's ConformX dynamic document engine and enable relevant documents for eDeliv- ery, eSign, and eClose through Docutech's Solex platform. "As we continue to grow and extend our reach in the mortgage industry, we're focused on improv- ing the experience for borrow- ers while decreasing origination costs, streamlining processes, and improving compliance for lenders," MortgageFlex Systems COO, Craig Bechtle said. "Integration with Docutech's industry-leading doc gen, eSignature, and eClosing tech- nology is key to that pursuit." MortgageFlexONE is an intuitive system operating on a modern, relational database. The system enables support for both mortgage and consumer lending operations through the entirety of the origination process. Paired with a variety of interfaces, users have heightened security with PPE technology, a graphical workflow tool, and a reporting dashboard building tool. Absolute Home Mortgage Acquires Retail Presence THE INTEGRATION OF THE HAUSM BRAND NAME WILL ENABLE EXPANSION INTO CHICAGO. A bsolute Home Mortgage Corporation, which origi- nates consumer mortgages, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the origination platform of Haus Mort- gage (HausM), a local residential mortgage originator and digital marketing provider, headquartered in Chicago. The integration of the HausM brand name will enable Absolute to streamline and advance the expan- sion process in the Chicago market for consumers who purchase homes through HausM and its retail organization force. This is consistent with Absolute's strategy to cre- ate an expanded retail presence in target markets through a technology backed retail organization model. Absolute will continue its cur- rent line of business, offering mort- gages to consumers and increasing technology-based efficiencies to both consumers and mortgage in- dustry professionals. Expanding to the Chicago market will allow the company to develop new tools and partnership opportunities, includ- ing expanding its technology based digital marketing approach. Both companies demonstrated consistent growth year-over-year. In 2019, Absolute's expansion included a 50% increase in retail loan originators, and the company intends to continue its focus on growth in retail originators for years to come. HausM, supported by state-of-the-art digital marketing firm ParadigmNEXT, exceeded its origination goals by 60% this year and forecasts more than 200 per- cent growth through its integration with the Absolute brand.
