As SVP of national sales, Bolduc is responsible for managing division sales, operational leadership, and furthering the company's efforts to target regional and national customers. He most recently worked at ServiceLink, where he engaged in national sales of origination and valuation services. Frank Haran In Connecticut, Norcom Mortgage welcomed Frank Haran to the team as VP of business development. Haran has worked in the industry for more than three decades and served most recently as first EVP for McCue Mortgage. He is also a founding officer and member of the board of the directors for the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association, where he works with the Connecticut Department of Banking and Legislature on industry issues. Karen Menza Mortgage Master, based in the Bay State, tapped Karen Menza to lead the company's Midwest operation team as regional operations manager. In her position, she is responsible for building and overseeing a high-quality operations team to support the company's growth. She joins Mortgage Master from Fairway Independent Mortgage, where she was VP of wholesale lending operations. Janine Ranski GMH Mortgage Services announced the hiring of Janine Ranski as regional sales manager and assistant VP for the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania market. Ranski's most recent position was at GMAC Mortgage, where she was area sales manager for the New Jersey and New York markets. Frank DiMaio, VP of national retail sales for GMH, cited Ranski's passion, expertise, and tenacity as major assets to the company as it expands its market reach. Ken Markison The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced the promotion of Kenneth Markison, Esq., to VP and regulatory counsel. Markison joined MBA in 2004 after spending 32 years working for the federal government. For the last several years, he has acted as MBA's point person for regulatory efforts on mortgage disclosure reform under RESPA and TILA as well as other regulatory movements. Jennifer Warthen Jennifer Warthen is now representing 360 Mortgage Group's operations in San Diego. Warthen has 12 years' whole mortgage lending experience and a successful track record of sales, marketing, and training in the region. Previously, she held wholesale account executive positions at American Brokers Conduit, Capitol Commerce Mortgage Corporation, and Commonwealth United. Leon Niedzwiecki LenderLive Network brought on Leon Niedzwiecki to work as director of review services. In his role, Niedzwiecki manages the company's due diligence and quality control service offerings. He also helms the expansion and development of those offerings in credit, compliance, valuation, servicing, and quality control reviews. Before joining LenderLive, Niedzwiecki was a director of due diligence for Allonhill, and he previously served as client services manager for the Winter Group/ Edison MDS. Kim Bessette Now serving 360 Mortgage Group in Florida is Kim Bessette, who has more than 25 years' sales and marketing experience, primarily in the wholesale lending channel. Bessette represents the company in the Central and Northeastern Florida market. Throughout her career, she has held numerous wholesale mortgage lending positions at Wesland Wholesale, Washington Mutual, Vertice, and Guaranty Bank. John Minigiello GMH Mortgage Services, a nationally recognized mortgage banker based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, welcomed John Minigiello as the company's new regional sales manager and assistant VP for the New England market. Minigiello has been involved in mortgage banking for more than 25 years and has served in management roles at GMAC Mortgage, Prospect Mortgage, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Kevin Kelley Kevin Kelley, a 27-year veteran in the housing finance industry, joined LenderLive Network as SVP of operations for the document services unit. Kelley oversees the regional divisions of the document services operational teams, ensuring all document fulfillment solutions operate at the maximum efficiency metrics. He says he plans to accomplish these goals by leveraging innovative technology within the unit, including the company's business process management technology suite. Thomas Curry The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced Comptroller Thomas J. Curry has been named chairman of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC). Curry is the 21st FFIEC chairman. His appointment marks the fifth time the OCC has led the council. Speaking about his appointment, Curry committed to help ensure uniform examinations and standards that balance the finance needs of the country while preserving the soundness of the banking system. Wilbur Ross In Atlanta, Ocwen Financial Corporation announced that Wilbur Ross, chairman and CEO of WL Ross & Co., has joined the company's board of directors. Ross served as an Ocwen Board Observer since the company first purchased Homeward Residential Holdings from his firm in December 2012. He worked in numerous roles as principal financial adviser, investor, and director in various companies operating in diverse industries around the world. The M Report | 21
