10 | M R EP O RT MCROWD In his new role, Butler will educate lenders on the opportunity with reverse mortgage products and in- troduce the ReverseVision Exchange (RVX) loan origination system to traditional lenders that are looking to add reverse products. Additionally, he will update lenders on the company's API roadmap to enable reverse products to coexist with their existing LOS system, while communicating with brokers and the wholesale lending community to begin originating reverse loans using RVX technology. Prior to joining the company, Butler spent over a decade at mortgage compliance software provider Ncontracts, formerly QuestSoft, where he spurred the company's sales and business development efforts for a leading mortgage product. During his time there, he worked closely with independent mortgage bank- ers, banks, credit unions, and LOS vendors. He was consistently a top producer at QuestSoft, a part of the management team, and helped with the transition after their acquisition. Butler's career in the mortgage space spans working for mortgage technology companies, lending enti- ties, and consulting firms. Butler is a tenured sales professional that has ex- perience in a wide range of mortgage lending aspects. SHELLEY DUFFY Shelley Duffy has joined Incenter LLC as SVP of Enterprise Sales. In her new role, she will be introducing C-level mortgage banking executives to Incenter's solutions, services, and technologies for improving opera- tional performance. "We are thrilled to welcome Shelley to our team," said Tom Piercy, President of Enterprise Business Development with Incenter and Managing Director for Incenter Mortgage Advisors. "She is known for her creative approach to addressing mortgage leaders' top challenges and being a strong partner in their compa- nies' growth." Based in Denver, Duffy will bring more than 15 years of management and executive-level experience to her new role. Previously, she served as SVP of Enterprise Sales with Computershare Loan Services, and Senior Relationship Manager of Enterprise Sales with Radian. "When Incenter invited me to join them, I was pleased to say yes," Duffy said. "It's exciting to work with people who are always one step ahead of our industry, with a wide range of solu- tions in their back pocket. I look for- ward to drawing on these resources to advance our clients' success." Incenter is part of a family of 11 companies that help optimize mort- gage banker performance at all the points in origination, servicing, and in- vesting—from "instant" title decisions and remote appraisal inspections to MSR valuation and trading. ANTHONY JABBOUR, KIRK LARSEN, JOE NACKASHI Black Knight Inc. has announced that Anthony Jabbour, the company's Chairman and CEO, will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board; Joe Nackashi, Black Knight's current President, will assume the role of CEO; and Kirk Larsen, Black Knight's current CFO, will assume the role of President and CFO. All three new appoint- ments are effective May 16, 2022. "As we embark on this executive transi- tion, Black Knight has never been in a stronger position from an innova- tion, integration, client satisfaction, operational or financial performance perspective," Jabbour said. "I am hon- ored to work with such a talented and dedicated team of people who are as focused on delivering innovative solu- tions as I am. Jabbour joined Black Knight as CEO in 2018 and became Chairman and CEO in 2021. Under Jabbour's leadership, the company's focus on innovation has resulted in record sales and accelerated revenue growth. In addition to achieving higher organic growth, Black Knight acquired and integrated nine companies into the Black Knight ecosystem. In his role as Executive Chairman, Jabbour will focus on the strategic direction of the company, capital allocation and will work with the executive leadership team to extend the company's track record of success. Nackashi has been President of Black Knight since 2017 and is a 35- year veteran of the company. Over his career, Nackashi has developed strong and trusted relationships with Black Knight clients and leaders throughout the mortgage industry.
