SUZANNE DUNIPHIN DAVID BOWSER Mortgage Coach, a borrower conversion platform empower- ing mortgage lenders to educate borrowers with interactive presentations that model home loan performance over time, announced the advancement of two of its department directors to VP-level positions. Suzanne Duniphin was promoted from Director of eLearning to VP of Customer Experience, and David Bowser was promoted from Director of Account Management to VP of Customer Engagement. In their new roles, Duniphin and Bowser will oversee Mortgage Coach's customer-facing initiatives and services. Duniphin has a 25-year background in mort- gage banking and technology, having previ- ously served as training and documentation manager at Optimal Blue and in multiple lead- ership roles at a mortgage consulting firm and independent mortgage lender First Horizon Home Loans. Duniphin joined Mortgage Coach in 2020 as Director of eLearning. Bowser has two decades of experience connecting mortgage lenders with right-fit technology solutions, having held positions at financial services marketing platform Volly and mortgage lending platform ICE Mortgage Technology. GARY EAKIN Avanze Tech Labs (ATL)—a team of mortgage experts providing technology products and solutions spanning the loan cycle—has added Gary Eakin as SVP of Strategic Partnerships. Eakin will be charged with enhancing client engagement and expansion in the space. Prior to joining ATL, Eakin served as Director of Corporate Sales at PHH Mortgage, where he established an enterprise- wide Loan Officer Sales Academy; Director of Mortgage Solutions at Sutherland Global Services, delivering process transformation to the industry; and VP of Strategic Accounts at Sourcepoint, leading efforts to establish new strategic partnerships.
