14 | M R EP O RT MCROWD STEPHEN RYCZEK Stephen Ryczek, President of Constellation Mortgage Solutions (CMS), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA). Earlier this year, CMS acquired ReverseVision, a reverse mortgage loan origination system. As President of CMS since 2019, Ryczek has positioned the company as a leading digital enterprise loan origination and servicing technology for the residential mortgage industry. He also plays a key role with CMS' par- ent company, Constellation Software, with key involvement in new acquisitions that continues to build Constellation's fintech footprint in the mortgage industry. Under his leader- ship, he oversees multiple companies and drives cross-functional growth. "I am delighted Stephen has ac- cepted this invitation to serve on NRMLA's Board of Directors," NRMLA President Steve Irwin said. "His back- ground in technology and subject matter expertise will greatly serve the reverse mortgage marketplace as our association works toward enhancing the customer experience and broad- ening product distribution." With the addition of the reverse mortgage origination system to CMS, Ryczek envisions a one-stop shop where originators could offer both forward (traditional) and reverse mortgages through a modern UI/UX experience that lenders can provide for brokers and loan officers. "I am honored to be appointed to the NRMLA Board of Directors," Ryczek said. "As ReverseVision is a key product for CMS, I look forward to contributing from a technology per- spective. I see a great opportunity for new fintech solutions for the reverse market, and working alongside the members of the NRMLA board will provide great insight into the needs and future of the reverse mortgage industry."
