Topics of the day included the regulatory impact on servicing, understanding compliance issues, and the government's role in restoring a healthy mort- gage market, with a congressional update from Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas) and special keynotes delivered by Ginnie Mae president Ted Tozer and former Federal Housing Finance Agency acting director Edward DeMarco.
