Dunst's responsibilities include financial, vendor, and project management. Before joining the Claims department at MGIC, Dunst was VP of Operations in the Capital Markets Group, developing and delivering advisory services such as lead generation, MSR valuation, prepayment analysis, and other mortgage portfolio risk management services. Dominic Iannitti is the President and CEO of DocMagic, Inc., the mortgage industry's preeminent provider of fully-compliant loan docu- ment preparation, compliance, eSign, and eDelivery solutions. Iannitti is responsible for the company's wildly success- ful track record as a leader in closing loan document production software solutions and eServices. Since founding DocMagic in 1988, Dominic has led DocMagic and driven the mortgage industry to reduce and ultimately elimi- nate the use of paper in the residential lending process. DocMagic's innovative tech- nology and company growth is the direct result of Dominic's leadership and vision. Landon Smith SVP of Title and Closing Services, Stewart Lender Services Landon Smith, Group Executive Mortgage and Title Services, is responsible for the national title and clos- ing strategy for origination title, default title, and REO title/closing services. Additionally, he is responsible for Stewart's title and closing relationships with national lenders, servicers, GSEs and Stewart's network of offices and agents. He has 22 years' experience in the title and settlement services and lender relations industry with a strong emphasis in the default services segment. In this position, Wall is responsible for strengthening the company's alignment with national customers, and strategically positioning the company to offer comprehensive solutions for the industry. Prior to First American, Wall established an impressive array of experience with more than 20 years of service in the mortgage and settlement industries.
