Tracy has more than 20 years' residential and commercial mortgage experience and will be responsible for revitalizing Mid America's underwriting operations nationwide. In his previous position at Fannie Mae, Tracy was responsible for conducting file reviews based on Fannie Mae and desktop underwriter guidelines, identifying and investigating potential fraud, and conducting risk analyses. "Change with the times but not at the expense of your customers." —David Tracy * * * Tim morse Leading online real estate marketplace Auction.com has named its CFO, Tim Morse, as CEO of the company. Morse joined Auction.com in May 2014 and has been serving as the company's CFO. He has served as CFO for several companies, including Yahoo!, where he also served as interim CEO; online advertising start-up Adap. tv, which was acquired by AOL; and Altera Corporation, a maker of programmable logic semiconductors based in San Jose. * * * Jeff sTein Alliant National Title Insurance Company has promoted Jeff Stein to SVP and Southeast regional counsel after five years of working with the company. In his new position, Stein will be involved with supervising the company's contract attorneys in the Southeast and work closely with the Southeast regional manager to develop new markets throughout the region. He will also focus on Alliant National's established market in Florida and local independent agents. * * * chris DufaulT Chris Dufault, an in- dustry veteran with more than 25 years' experience, will join Ernst Publishing Company as direc- tor of product management. In his new role, he will lead a team that will direct the company's future product develop- ment as well as the enhancement of the company's industry-leading offerings. * * * ross mcBriDe In its Brentwood, Tennessee location, Churchill Mortgage Corp. welcomes Ross McBride as processor. McBride has 15 years' experience in the mortgage industry. Most of his career was spent with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he was promoted five times. In addition, Kelly Lesko and Darren McCroskey will also be joining Churchill's Tennessee location as home loan specialists. carl Bell Invictus Capital Partners has hired Carl D. Bell, CFA, as managing director and co-head of investments. As the firm's co-head of investments, Bell will focus on the analysis and management of credit assets identified from the full spectrum of consumer, real estate, and corporate obligations.
