TH E M R EP O RT | 13 MCROWD CHRISTOPHER JENSEN/JIM HOGGAN Christopher Jensen and Jim Hoggan re- cently joined Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI), and will be working out of the company's Salt Lake City headquarters. Jensen's role at PRMI will include Division Manager, production growth, and expansion throughout Utah, while Hoggan's role will include Division Manager and pro- duction growth in Salt Lake. JANE GERSHMAN First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., added Jane Gershman as its National Servicing Director. Prior to her new role, Gershman was SVP of Servicing Operations at SunTrust. In addition, she also served as SVP, Loss Mitigation Division, ServiceLink; EVP, Loan Servicing Operations, CITI Residential Lending, where she also held the positions of SVP, Loan Servicing, President, AMC Insurance Agency, and President Town and Country Trustee Services. DAMON PAXSON LRES Corp., an- nounced Damon Paxson as its VP of Homeowner Association Services. In this role, Paxson will be responsible for managing all LRES HOA-related products and functions. He will also lead the imple- mentation of operational strategies, objectives, processes, and efficiencies within the department. Prior to LRES, Paxson served as SVP of operations at Bank of America, where he supervised up to eight sites and 13 unit managers. MARISSA SANDRIDGE Equity National Title named Marissa Sandridge VP, national sales executive. In this role she will support Equity's rapidly growing client base as well as working to expand the company's market share and geographic footprint. Sandridge brings to Equity over 12 years' real estate and financial services experience. She most recently served as national account executive with two leading national title agencies, before which she served as a regional account sales manager with another agency of national scope. TOM CIULLA HouseCanary, Inc., added Tom Ciulla as president of enterprise sales. In his new role, Ciulla will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, alliances, and partnerships across a wide array of industries including mortgage, appraisal, financial services, and real estate brokerages. Prior to joining HouseCanary, Ciulla was managing director in charge of Strategic Licensing and Business Development with Black Knight Financial Services Data & Analytics, where he was responsible for the development of BKFS Data & Analytics top-tier client and partnership opportunities. MARGARET COOK Alliant National Title Insurance Company promoted Margaret Cook to deputy general counsel and SVP. Cook recently marked her second decade in the title insurance industry. Prior to joining Alliant National, Cook's talents were utilized by other title insurance companies, where she served as chief claims counsel and regional counsel. Before starting her title insurance career by joining a regional title insurance underwriter in 1996, Cook practiced law in a private practice. THOMAS KLEIN WFG National Title Insurance Company adds Thomas Klein, Esq., to continue the company's growth and momentum by overseeing its relationships with the nation's largest independent title agencies. He will now serve as SVP overseeing the company's National Agency Division. Klein assumes his new role after serving as SVP, Agency, Southeast Region. He has 35 years' experience in the title and settlement services industry. Before coming to WFG National Title in 2010, Klein was VP with Alliance Solutions, LLC. TRACEY VOLLTRAUER Dart Appraisal promoted Tracey Volltrauer from Vendor Manager to Director of Compliance. She is also now a member of the Dart Executive Team. In this new position at Dart Appraisal, Volltrauer will focus on compliance efforts for both state and federal regulations, as well as on fulfilling the AMC's own compliance strategy. Volltrauer joined Dart as the Vendor Coordinator in 2010 and became the company's first Vendor Manager in 2012. DREW FOY Advantage Systems welcomes Drew Foy, a housing industry veteran, as its newest customer support representative. Foy's new role includes providing customers with routine software support, along with maintaining individual lenders' AMB, ApprovalSoft and Commissions Calculator systems. He brings 22 years' experience in the housing industry and accounting software support and implementation. Previously, he served as the accounting and finance manager for New Roads, Inc.
