12 | TH E M R EP O RT MCROWD PERRY HILZENDEGER Wells Fargo & Company announced that the bank's head of Home Lending Default, Perry Hilzendeger, has been named the new head of Home Lending Servicing. Hilzendeger has been with Wells Fargo for 25 years. As head of Home Lending Servicing, Hilzendeger will be responsible for leading more than 17,000 of the bank's team members who service mortgage loans and home equity products for more than 10 million Wells Fargo customers, and mortgage loans for investors totaling more than $1 trillion. PETE PANNES/ JEFFREY LEWIS LenderLive named Pete Pannes as the company's first Chief Revenue Officer, where he will be responsible for corporate sales, mar- keting, and positioning strategies, as well as product development. Pannes has held a number of high-visibility sales and marketing positions within the mortgage and credit union sectors over the course of his 26-year career. Most recently, Pannes was part of the team that founded NMI Holdings Inc., where he served as its Chief Sales Officer and EVP. Jeffrey Lewis also joins LenderLive as a regional account executive for the firm's Correspondent Lending line, covering New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. In his new role, Lewis will work with current and prospective clients that are either par- ticipating or considering LenderLive's correspondent program. SHARMILA PATEL/KATHY DRYDEN Auction.com announced the hiring of Sharmila Patel as SVP of commercial real estate finance and operations. Patel brings more than two decades of financial leadership and executive experience. She most recently worked at Inform Media Group, where she was the SVP of finance and served as the strategic finance partner to the CEO. In addition, Auction.com hired Allre's founder, Kathy Dryden, as SVP of product strategy. In her position as SVP of product strategy with Auction.com, Dryden will lead the design and development of Auction.com's new consumer-facing residential website. ANDREW POLLOCK Andrew Pollock joined Clayton Holdings LLC, as senior managing director of Clayton Consulting Services. Pollock will be responsible for setting the overall direction for the group, expanding its offerings and the quality of its client engagements. Pollock has over 25 years' operational and consulting experience in all phases of lending and servicing. More than half of Pollock's career was spent at First Franklin, where he held several senior positions, including president and CEO. Most recently, he was president and CEO at WDB Funding. JASON ROTH ComplianceEase named the company's co- founder, Jason Roth, as the new Chief Technology Officer. In this newly created position, Roth will be responsible for technology, strategy, and execution across all of the company's platform and product lines, which include automated compliance, income and identity verification, and loan document generation, and closing. In his prior roles as SVP of Product Management, Roth was primarily responsible for leading the development of the company's automated compliance suite.
