Prior to his new role, Ansari was VP of Engineering at R&D at Pivotal Software. Here, he led research and development for the company's suite of big data products. MIKE RASOOLI LRES appointed Mike Rasooli to the position of Chief Technology Officer. Rasooli will manage LRES' technical priorities and operational vision, drive growth by delivering applications, tools and services, along with leading all aspects of the company's strategic and tactical technological development. Rasooli brings more than 27 years' experience in management, software development, and IT. Prior to joining LRES, Rasooli served as the Chief Technology Officer for Edge Mortgage Advisory Company and PowerSoft 360. TOM DONATACCI Selene Finance, LP, adds Tom Donatacci to lead all business development efforts in the role of EVP of Business Development. Donatacci previously served as EVP of Sales at Clayton Holdings. Prior to Clayton, he was the Senior Managing Director of sub-servicing and MSR transactions at GMAC ResCap. Here, he was in charge of all fee-based, third- party businesses including primary mortgage servicing, master servicing, and special servicing. . ELYCE SCHWEITZER Alliant National Title Insurance Company hired Elyce Schweitzer as their new Regulatory Compliance Officer and VP. Schwuitzer's main focus with her new role will be to continuously provide guidance on regulatory requirements for compliance with applicable title insurance laws, while spearheading all relevant research and analysis. Schweitzer's experience includes working in law and real estate for over 20 years. MARK HUGHES Clayton Holdings, LLC, added Mark Hughes in the position of EVP of sales and marketing. Hughes will oversee the sales, business development, and marketing for Clayton and its subsidiaries, which include Green River Capital, Red Bell Real Estate, ValuAmerica, and Clayton Euro Risk. Hughes has over 25 years' experience in operational and business development within financial services. Prior to his new role, he served as LenderLive's President of the Due Diligence Division. SCOTT BANKS Scott Banks joined LenderLive in the role of SVP of Finance, Mortgage Services. Banks has more than 25 years' experience in the mortgage and financial services industries. His previous roles include a series of executive positions with HSBC Bank, notably as director of Corporate Planning and Analysis, director of Group Reporting, and director of Capital Markets and Treasury Support for HSBC Mortgage Services. In the newly created position of SVP of Finance, Mortgage Services at LenderLive, Banks will oversee the firm's Investor Reporting Treasury and Bank Reconciliation functions. LIZ VERRIER Lending.com appointed Liz Verrier as General Counsel. In her new role as Lending.com's Chief Legal Officer, she will provide legal guidance to their board of directors and upper-level management. In addition, Verrier will also oversee all legal and compliance matters for the company and will be a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Verrier was VP & Senior Counsel at American Express before joining Lending.com. TRACY HAGER Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC, (MCS) welcomes Tracy Hager as its new Senior Industry Relations Officer. Hager has been with MCS for six years, and is currently serving as VP of Operations. For her new role, she will act as liaison between MCS and its investors and insurers. DAVE SUNLIN In addition, Mortgage Contracting Services hired Dave Sunlin as its new SVP. Sunlin will assume senior leadership of vendor management for both MCS' property preservation work and MCS Valuations, LLC. Prior to joining MCS, Sunlin was with Bank of America for 16 years, and most re- cently served as its Senior VP. He also held senior roles at Solutionstar and Auction.com. DONNA GREINER Donna Greiner joins Guardian Mortgage as SVP of Correspondent Lending in its Plano, Texas, office. Greiner's mortgage career includes over 25 years' experience in loan origination, affiliated business arrangements, multi- state lending, construction lending, and multi-state REO sales.
