JENNY KLAMFOTH Jenny Klamfoth will occupy the role of Regional Account Executive at LenderLive for the company's Correspondent Lending division. Klamfoth will work with current and prospective clients, primarily community banks and credit unions in Washington, D.C., Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, that are participating in or considering the LenderLive correspondent program. Klamfoth has over 15 years' experience in the mortgage industry. In her most recent role, she was an account manager for Stonegate Mortgage, where she assisted in the development of its correspondent and emerging banking business channels. Prior to this, she was an account executive with Flagstar Bank where she was responsible for correspondent and wholesale business development. CAROLYN MONROE Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has promoted Carolyn Monroe from EVP and Southwest Division Manager at the company to President of Old Republic Title Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Monroe will lead direct and agency operations in the Western division, including the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. She has 33 years' experience in the title insurance industry. Her experience includes serving as President of the New Mexico NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association; serving as Chairman of the Board for both the Albuquerque Economic Development and the Economic Forum; Director of the Texas Land Title Association; and President of the New Mexico Land Title Association. MORTON "MO" MANASSARAM WFG National Title Insurance Co., has named Morton "Mo" Manassaram as SVP and Regional Manager for the agency's Florida operations. WFG is a national title insurance underwriting company and title insurance and real estate settlement services provider. Manassaram joins WFG National Title with more than 20 years' experience, most recently serving the firm as VP and Manager of the National Agency Support Services. He previously held roles as VP of corporate performance for the firm's agency division and VP and Controller of the Southeast region. KARA LAMPHERE Mid America Mortgage, Inc., Owner and CEO Jeff Bode announced the return of former employee Kara Lamphere as Director of Correspondent Lending to manage both its correspondent lending operations and compliance program. In addition, she will also oversee the firm's purchases of investor-rejected TRID loans. In her new role, Lamphere will manage correspondent operations for Mid America, rolling out the firm's eNote and eClosing process. She will also manage the operational portion of its government-insured Scratch and Dent business. AMY RAMSEY Indecomm Global Services, a provider of mortgage technology, training, and outsourcing services has named Amy Ramsey as the National Sales Manager for the Mortgage Learning Division. In her new role, Ramsey will be responsible for Indecomm Education, Professional Services, Consulting, and Doc Management Solutions. LUC LEVENSOHN/ JAY ROCKNE Pro Teck Valuation Services has selected Luc Levensohn to fill the newly created position of Chief Information Security Officer, where he will be expected to better the company's information security programs. Levensohn has plenty of experience analyzing and assessing risk and building infrastructures for businesses that rely on data. Prior to his new position, Levensohn held an IT and InfoSec leadership role with Pro Teck. In his new role, he will be responsible for securing Pro Teck's information. In addition, Pro Teck Valuation Services has promoted Jay Rockne to Information Security Manager to help enhance information security Pro Teck. In his new role, Rockne will help manage Pro Teck's information security program. FRANK KEATING The J. Ronald Terwilliger Foundation for Housing America's Families announced Frank Keating, the former Governor of Oklahoma has joined its Executive Committee. Keating retired as President and CEO of the American Bankers Association on December 31, 2015. Keating is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and his 30-year career in public service included stints as an FBI agent, U.S. Attorney and state prosecutor, and member of the Oklahoma state House and Senate. In addition, Keating also held prominent positions in the U.S. Departments of Treasury, Justice, and HUD during the administrations of Presidents Reagan and George H.W. Bush. Prior to joining the ABA, he served as President and CEO of the American Council of Life Insurers. JARED ANDERSON Schneiderman & Sherman, PC, has announced that Jared Anderson joined the firm in the position of Director of Client Relations. In this role, Anderson will be responsible for client relations, business development, industry relations, and the firm's marketing efforts. Anderson has extensive experience in the mortgage and financial service industry; his 13 years' experience includes work in the bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, and REO spaces. His recent experience includes a focus on client relations and maintaining working relations clients to stay compliant with the new rules and regulations of clients, GSEs, and industry standards.
