TH E M R EP O RT | 11 MCROWD JOHN DINGEMAN Landmark Network, Inc., announced the addition of John Dingeman to their team as Chief Appraiser. In his role, Dingeman will be responsible for all planning, organization, and supervision over appraisal quality control functions. Dingeman is a California, Arizona, and Nevada Certified Residential Appraiser and registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona. He also serves as the past president and lobbyist for the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers, and is the current VP of the National Association of Appraisers. He has extensive experience in the appraisal of single-family residential dwellings, small income-producing properties, and vacant land. J. EDWARD ADAMS Regional financial services company, BOK Financial, announced J. Edward "Ed" Adams as its new Retail Mortgage Channel Leader. In his new role, Adams will direct and expand the bank's retail mortgage lending efforts for BOK Financial's mortgage origination operations in 15 cities across an eight-state footprint. With 29 years' retail mortgage lending experience, Adams recently served as Division Manager for US Bank Home Mortgage's South California and Arizona markets. Prior to US Bank, Adams acted as EVP at Downey Savings and Loan, managing wholesale and retail delivery channels. Adams also served as Retail Sales Division Manager for Wachovia Bank as well as Division Manager at World Savings and Loan. LEISHA DELGADO Leisha Delgado joined assure360 as VP, Client Development, where she is responsible for business development, driving growth opportunities, and generating sales throughout the organization, while strengthening existing client relationships. Prior to joining assure360, Delgado was a Relationship Manager for Clarifire, where she worked with prospective new clients to deliver innovative and efficient workflow solutions to meet their business operational needs. Before Clarifire, Delgado was a Project Manager for Nationwide Title Clearing, where she served as company liaison for top lenders and loan servicers in matters related to secondary market transactions, portfolio analysis and research. ROBERT EASTEP First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., hired Robert Eastep as its CFO. With 20 years' experience in the banking and mortgage industry, Eastep served as CFO of Stonegate Mortgage Co., before joining First Guaranty. Prior to his time at Stonegate, he held senior executive positions at Union Mortgage Group, Central Virginia Bankshares Inc., and Saxon Capital Inc. Eastep was also Senior Manager at KPMG in their financial services audit practice, where he served as a member of its regulatory advisory practice for financial institutions. WHITNEY BLESSINGTON Whitney Blessington has been named VP of Marketing at Churchill Mortgage. In this role, she will lead the continued development of its messaging and communication strategies across traditional and emerging digital channels. Blessington joins Churchill with more than 12 years' experience in marketing, brand strategy, client engagement, digital marketing, and direct marketing across a variety of industries. Prior to Churchill, Bessington was a senior executive and marketing strategist for a full-service technology consulting firm, Atiba Software, LLC, where she served a range of businesses in healthcare, financial services, and retail. Prior to her most recent position, she was director of Digital Marketing for Dave & Buster's Inc., where she led all digital communications. Blessington also served as a Consulting Director for Bank of America. BARBARA JOHNSON AmeriSave, an online home mortgage lender, appointed Barbara Johnson as its new COO. Johnson's new role includes focusing on increasing the company's efficiency and production. Prior to joining AmeriSave, the 29-year mortgage industry veteran recently served as Interim President of Discover Home Loans. Johnson also had a 20-year career with USAA in various credit, risk, and secondary marketing roles. In August 2015, Johnson assisted AmeriSave when it announced the opening of an operations center in Louisville, Kentucky, to absorb employees of Discover Home Loans. JOHN MICCICHE The Agency Group for WFG National Title Insurance Company has selected John Micciche, CLTP, to serve as VP and Regional Manager. The region is comprised of agents in Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. Throughout his career, Micciche has served title agents throughout Maryland as an agency representative, an area manager, and a regional manager for various major underwriters. He has also served in an auditing capacity and has provided guidance on state and RESPA compliance issues, including the formation of corporate entities, as well as Affiliated Business Arrangements. Additionally, Micciche has been responsible for business development and customer support throughout his career. WALTER WEINSCHENK Walter Weinschenk joins the Agency Group for WFG National Title Insurance Company as its Underwriting Counsel for the company's new Chesapeake Region. Weinschenk has served most of his career in the region as commercial counsel, underwriting attorney and commercial services manager for major national title insurers. He has underwritten and has presided over numerous residential and commercial sales and financing transactions, including the sale of shopping centers, race tracks, apartment complexes, farms, office buildings, and mixed use projects. Over the course of his career, Weinschenk has founded and managed his own title insurance agency in Rockville, Maryland, and engaged in private general legal practice.
