8 | TH E M R EP O RT MCROWD MIKE HEID Fannie Mae announced in an 8K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Michael J. Heid has been elected to Fannie Mae's Board of Directors. Heid, 59, previously served as EVP of Home Lending at Wells Fargo from 1997 until January 2016 and was employed by Wells Fargo or its predecessors since 1988. His positions with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage include serving as President from 2011 to September 2015; Co-president from 2004 to 2011; and CFO and Head of Loan Servicing prior to 2004. KATHLEEN ZADAREKY Kathleen Zadareky, who currently serves as the deputy assistant secretary for single-family housing for HUD, will join SunTrust Mortgage. At SunTrust, Zadareky will lead investor and regulatory strategy, and oversee product development, affordable and inclusive lending, exam management, and investor and regulatory relations. In her role at HUD, Zadareky oversaw all aspects of the Federal Housing Administration's single-family housing operation, including origination, servicing, property disposition, and program compli- ance. Prior to joining HUD in 2012, Zadareky served as section Chief of Investigations for Consumer Response at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. S.A. IBRAHIM Radian Group Inc., announced that CEO S.A. Ibrahim will retire at the end of his contract in December 2017. Ibrahim has served as CEO of Radian since May 2005. Within four years of joining Radian as CEO, Ibrahim was tasked with navigating the company through unprecedented instability in the U.S. housing markets, emerging competitive forces, and increasingly austere regulatory regimes. Ibrahim joined Radian from GreenPoint Financial Corp., where he served as CEO for six years. Earlier, Ibrahim spent nine years at Chemical Bank, where he rose to the position of CEO of the mortgage unit. In between, he served as an International Troubleshooter for American Express' travel-related services company, where he headed re-engineering on four continents. ROD WALZ Rod Walz, founder of the Walz Group, has been appointed Vice Chairman of Denver-based LenderLive Holdings, Inc. In this new role, he will be a strategic advisor to CEO Rick Seehausen and the executive team, as well as to the newly combined LenderLive Document Services. LenderLive also announced that Dave Vida, President of Mortgage Services, now serves as President of LenderLive Network; Pete Pannes, the company's Chief Revenue Officer, has been named President of the new LenderLive Services, LLC; Joe Mowery, General Manager of Settlement Services, now reports to Pannes; Jonathan Kunkle, General Manager of LenderLive Document Services now reports to Pannes; and Maria Moskver, who was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of WALZ, is now the company's General Counsel and Enterprise Compliance Officer for LenderLive Holdings. TONY D'AURELIO Tony D'Aurelio joined A2Z Field Services as the company's Director of Sales. In this new role, he will work closely with A2Z's Sales Team to direct the A2Z sales process and develop new business opportunities. D'Aurelio has over 15 years' industry experience and a proven track record of facilitating long term relationships. Prior to this position, D'Aurelio spent time in retail banking, mortgage banking, and mortgage field services. D'Aurelio's specialties include the REO and conveyance processes, as well as rental property management, and specialty inspection servicing. KIMIKO YAMAMOTO Kimiko Yamamoto was appointed President and CEO of PEMCO Limited. Before being appointed President and CEO of PEMCO, Yamamoto held the position of President and COO with the company. She has been with PEMCO for 20 years, starting in 1996 with overseeing the company's success- ful HUD Management and Marketing contracts. At the peak of PEMCO's 10-year run as a HUD M&M asset management contractor, PEMCO covered 26 states and operated out of four offices with an average of 40 employees in each office providing cradle-to-grave asset management for more than 100,000 properties. Yamamoto was responsible for overseeing PEMCO's internal processes and mobilization of the company's California, Colorado, and Georgia branches during this time. TONY COLEY Branch Banking & Trust announced Tony Coley as the President of the company's South Florida region. Coley currently serves as the company's President of the Central Florida region. Coley has almost 20 years' banking experience with different institutions in South Florida. He joined the company in 2009 through its acquisition of Colonial Bank of which he was President and CEO of its Southeast Florida Commercial Banking Division. When he started at BB&T, he was the market president of Broward County, and was later promoted in 2012 to Regional President of the Central Florida Region. JASON BRESSLER Jason Bressler has joined United Wholesale Mortgage as its new Chief Technology Officer. Bressler is from Southfield, Michigan, and has 19 years' experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as Who's moving on and who's moving up in the industry This month some of the industry's largest companies saw significant additions to their corporate lineup.
