JENNIFER FOUNTAIN Altavera Mortgage Services, a Denver-based provider of third-party residential mortgage origination services, has named Jennifer Fountain SVP of due diligence, according to an announce- ment from the company. In her new position, Fountain will have oversight of the company's closed-loan file review business, also known as pre-purchase review. Closed-loan file review is the review and approval of loans prior to investor purchase or the audit of a loan package prior to the package being purchased by a correspondent buyer or aggregator. JUDD HOFFMAN First American Title Insurance Company has announced the promotion of Judd Hoffman to the position of president of the company's Direct Division. The promotion will take effect on January 1, 2017. Hoffman began his career with First American Title six years ago in the position of sales manager in the company's Los Angeles office. In 2012, Hoffman's success in the sales manager role resulted in a promotion to vice president, county operations and sales manager for Los Angeles and Ventura counties in California. In that role, Hoffman oversaw all aspects of the title, escrow, and sales activities. In 2013, Hoffman's responsibilities were expanded to include executive regional management of the division's Southern California operations. Also at that time, he was named chief revenue officer of First American Title's Direct Division. TODD TETA Irvine, California-based ATTOM Data Solutions has announced the hiring of Todd Teta as chief technology officer. Teta has two decades of experience in technology and product innovation. He will leverage that experience to lead ATTOM's technology and product teams, including the company's three consumer websites:,, and Teta previously served as chief technology officer with Meyers Research, a Kennedy Wilson Company. There, he lead new product initiatives such as Zonda, the first mobile-based real estate data and analytics platform targeting the new homebuilding industry. His positions prior to joining Meyers Research include vice president of technology at CoreLogic (where he launched the company's first mobile applications) and president and co-founder of VisionCore, Inc., a technology product and services firm focused on the real estate and financial services industries.
