TERESA BRYCE BAZEMORE Radian Group announced that President Teresa Bryce Bazemore will retire at the end of this month after a 10-year tenure with the company and a esteemed career throughout the mortgage industry. She joined Radian Group, a global credit risk management company, as an EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in 2006; she then took on the role of Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining Radian Group, she was the SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Nexstar Financial Corporation and Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs for MBNA Home Finance. Bazemore also served as General Counsel of Bank of America Mortgage, General Counsel of PNC Mortgage, a subsidiary of PNC Bank, and as Associate General Counsel at Prudential Home Mortgage. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Columbia University School of Law. CHRIS MACNAUGHTON New American Funding announced that Chris MacNaughton was promoted to the VP of Builder and Business Development for the company's expansion in Northern California. With more than 15 years of mortgage experience in originating loans, conducting new home financing, and managing branches for various lenders, he will be responsible for developing the Builder Division and creating a builder certification training program that endorses loan officers as new home specialists. DAN HANSON loanDepot has announced that Dan Hanson has been promoted to Chief Retail Production Officer. Hanson is responsible for devel- oping loanDepot's future enterprise growth strategy and platform for the company's retail sales production team, along with leading the sales organization through further expansion. Hanson brings more than 30 years' experience in the industry and has worked at Bank of America and Countrywide before join- ing loanDepot. MICHAEL PANKOW American Pacific Mortgage Corporation (APM) has promoted Michael Pankow to EVP of National Production, where he is responsible for all aspects of mortgage origination, including oversight of the Production Department of more than 170 branches for APM's enterprise and corporate retail divisions. Prior to joining APM, he served as SVP of Big Valley Mortgage. Pankow graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BS in Criminal Justice. STEPHANIE FAZIO Stephanie Fazio was hired as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Radius Financial Group Inc. She was previously the Director of Loan File Operations at Freddie Mac, where her role was to integrate new technologies and applications that improved process efficiencies. Fazio has more than 15 years in the mortgage industry and specializes in the Process Transformation side of the industry. Fazio is a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders, Field Of Study Speech- Language Pathology. IN MEMORIAM ANAND NALLATHAMBI In March, CoreLogic President and CEO Anand Nallathambi passed away. Nallathambi took over as President and CEO of CoreLogic in June 2010. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of First Advantage Corporation. Earlier in his career, Nallathambi held various other management and busi- ness development positions within CoreLogic, then the First American Corporation, including President of First American Corporation's Credit Information Group, where he implemented the growth strategy of First American CREDCO. Prior to joining CREDCO, he held financial management positions at First Interstate Bancard, the credit card operations of First Interstate Bank. Nallathambi received his bachelor's degree in economics from Loyola University in Madras, India, and earned a master's degree in business administration from California Lutheran University. He also held professional designations in systems analysis and international business from the University of California at Los Angeles.
