Appearing to be eager to vacate the West Hollywood property, Hilton is also open to high-end renters, and she's simultaneously marketed the house for rent at $15,000 per month. Hilton's 4,072-square-foot abode on Sierra Alta Way has three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a sizable outdoor space that includes a pool, waterfall, and fireplace. Since her father, Rick Hilton, is the chairman of brokerage firm Hilton & Hyland, she should have no trouble divesting herself of the home. The townhouse was home to the pair in 1967, and the property has received recent attention following the release of Smith's 2010 memoir, Just Kids, in which the flat is mentioned prominently. However, the unit has been significantly updated since Smith and Mapplethorpe rented the pad, and though Smith once called the now posh pad "aggressively seedy," the 2,640-square-foot home currently boasts amenities including ultra-high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and parquet floors. According to Zillow, Phelps has listed his Baltimore condominium for $1.42 million. The 4,000-square- foot property is located in the city's tony Inner Harbor area, and the three- bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features amenities like a rooftop lounge, a master suite with a spa bath, and enviable views of the city and the coastline. The superstar swimmer is believed to have purchased the home for around $1.7 million in 2007, and the high-end property was first listed in March of this year. Curbed reports that Arenas' estate has over- the-top features including a shark tank, outdoor grotto, suede covered walls, and one of "the largest private pools you will ever see." Located near Washington, D.C., the 13,000-square- foot house boasts four kitchens, seven bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms, Curbed also notes. Arenas bought the home prior to being suspended and subsequently traded by the Wizards in 2010, following a 2009 scandal that involved handgun violations. Shippee/ Lighthouse Partners, LLC Where: Washington County Property Notes: Prospective property buyers who happen to be both very nostalgic and very wealthy can now lay claim to the oldest wooden lighthouse in the U.S. Located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, the Poplar Point lighthouse is on the market for $6.45 million. The 1.66-acre estate includes the lighthouse, a 4,563-square-foot main home, and a detached guest house and garage. The historic structure was built in Wickford Harbor on Narragansett Bay in 1831, and the future owners of Poplar Point will be paying significantly more for the lighthouse than its 1894 buyers, who purchased the out-of-service property for just $3,944.67 at auction.
