EDITOR'S NOTE: In the March edition of MCrowd we erroneously reported that Ted Tozer was formerly with Taylor, Bean & Whitaker. This was incorrect, as Tozer was never with the company. At Ginnie Mae Tozer played an integral role in ensuring that the mortgage market not only functioned, but kept up with changes following the financial crisis. Our apologies to Mr. Tozer and Ginnie Mae. "Homebuyers are looking for ease of use and will want to begin the homebuying process from several different channels. Mortgage companies wanting to offer an omni-channel experience will need to work through integrations of many different systems while also staying on top of compliance, security and training." —Christy Long Hoskins, SVP of Strategy and CMO, First Community Mortgage
