ROB CLEMENTS AND JOHN SURFACE LenderLive Holdings, Inc., announced last month the appointments of Rob Clements as Chairman and CEO, and John Surface as President and COO of the company. Clements and Surface will also join the company's Board of Directors. LenderLive Founder and CEO Rick Seehausen will move into the role of Vice Chairman and Founder. Clements and Surface come to LenderLive after more than two decades at EverBank Financial Corp, a diversifi ed national banking institution and strong leader in the mortgage market. During their tenures at EverBank, they led the transformation of the bank from a monoline mortgage company with less than $200 million in assets into a nationwide, $28 billion, diversifi ed fi nancial services company with deep roots in the mortgage market. JILL HARO LRES recently named Jill Haro as VP of Corporate Administration. In this role, Haro will oversee compliance and corporate-wide strategic projects. Haro has more than 15 years of experience working within the mortgage services industry in operations, client relations, and corporate project management. Prior to LRES, Haro served as a solution delivery executive for RealEC Technologies, part of Black Knight Financial Services. Before that, she held senior operational roles with Xome Settlement Services and Lender Processing Services, which is now known as Black Knight Financial Services. GREG MCCOSKEY Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) announced recently that Greg McCoskey has been hired as the company's Lead General Counsel. McCoskey's responsibilities will include working with the operations and management teams to provide counsel on corporate and litigation matters for NTC and ensuring that NTC's customers remain insulated from statutory noncompliance risk for any operation outsourced to NTC. McCoskey has 20 years' experience as an attorney and partner at signifi cant local and national commercial law fi rms. He currently serves as Retained General Counsel for Mogean, Inc., a technology startup company, and the Ideal Consolidated Companies, manufacturers and distributors of industrial and construction products. PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS BOB GOLDBERG The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has named Bob Goldberg as the organization's next CEO. Goldberg has been with NAR since 1995, previously serving as SVP of Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Investments, Professional Development and Conventions. In his new role, Goldberg will oversee the Realtor Benefi ts alliance program, Internet Products Group, Market Research group, the Product Management Group, the Marketing Communications and Promotions Group, and the Conventions Group. Goldberg also serves as President and CEO for the Realtors Information Network. Goldberg has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. AMDC Welcomes New Members The American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC) welcomed National MI and Wright, Finlay & Zak, LLP to its membership last month. AMDC is an organization focused on shaping the diversity agenda while advancing solutions that support a broad range of diversity initiatives. From supply-chain diversity, to addressing the challenges faced by minority-and women-owned businesses. AMDC takes on today's issues with a refreshing perspective and meaningful insight. "National MI has a keen interest and a strong commitment to promoting multicultural diversity and inclusiveness in the mortgage industry to open up more opportunities for homeownership in the U.S," the company said upon the announcement.
