Trending On: Facebook Popularity Points: Located in the city's Bel Air neighborhood, the 26,000-square-foot home boasts 15 bedrooms and 16.5 bathrooms, and may feature "some of the cheapest-looking French-inspired interiors ever made," according to Curbed. Billy Bob Thornton's Beverly Hills Estate Lists for $9.95M Listing his property in Los Angeles' most sought-after area for just under $10 million, Oscar- winning actor Billy Bob Thornton is moving on from his 11,012-square-foot mansion, a Spanish-style home built in the 1920s. Trending On: Twitter Popularity Points: RealEstalker reported that Thornton's beautiful estate comes with covetable Hollywood history, because Thornton, who purchased the home in 2000 with then-wife Angelina Jolie, bought the posh pad from famed Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash. Star Wars Actor Selling Studio City Manse for $2.65M Hayden Christensen, most famous for his role in the modern interpreta- tion of the Star Wars films, is selling his California abode. The actor's man- sion, located in Los Angeles' Studio City area, sits on three-quarters of an acre. Trending On: Twitter Popularity Points: The Los Angeles Times re- vealed that Christensen's 6,302-square-foot home includes an elevator, salt- water pool, and a three- car garage. Christensen is believed to have pur- chased the property in 2003 for $1.425 million. Oscar-Winning Actress Lists Pacific Palisades Home Hilary Swank has put her posh estate on the market for $9.495 million. The Oscar-winner has called the expansive California property home since 2007, when she purchased the property for a reported $5.8 million. Friends Star Re-Lists Hollywood Hills Home Actor Matthew Perry has relisted his Los Angeles mansion after taking it off the market earlier this year. Perry's ultra-modern 4,100-square-foot home is now for sale at a slightly diminished asking price of $5.295 million, a $400,000 reduction off his original list- ing price of $5.695 million. Trending On: Twitter Popularity Points: Perry is supposedly depart- ing his Hollywood Hills estate in favor of a newly purchased property near the Sunset Strip, and in spite of the price reduction, Perry is set to turn a profit on the listing, with Zillow reporting that he bought the home in 2008 for $4.475 million.
