Brandt is a mortgage industry veteran who brings more than 20 years' expertise to the new role. PETE CARROLL CoreLogic, a global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, today announced that Pete Carroll had joined the CoreLogic Government Affairs team as executive, Public Policy & Industry Relations. Carroll brings housing finance and policy experience to CoreLogic. He will report to Stuart Pratt, global head of Public Policy & Industry Relations. "Pete is an accomplished executive who can elevate CoreLogic insights and exercise influence on policy, strategy, and innovation to support the transfor- mation of the housing finance sectors here in Washington," said Stuart Pratt, global head of Public Policy & Industry Relations at CoreLogic. Most recently, Carroll was executive vice president of Quicken Loans where he led the development and discussion of Quicken's positions on a broad spectrum of policy issues. Earlier, he was senior vice president, Capital Markets, at Wells Fargo, and was the assistant director, Office of Mortgage Markets, at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. ANTHONY JABBOUR Black Knight, Inc., a provider of integrated software, data and analytics to the mortgage and real estate industries, announced that Anthony Jabbour would assume the role as the company's CEO. Current CEO Tom Sanzone will become the company's Vice Chairman of the Board and will assist with the transition. Jabbour was most recently the COO of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.'s Banking and Payments business. In this role, he had global accountabil- ity for solution development, sales, and delivery of banking and payments offerings for clients of all sizes and in all geographic markets. "Anthony has a strong track record of successfully growing businesses both organically and through acquisitions, establishing strong client relationships and managing large, complex technology operations in the financial services industry," said Bill Foley, Executive Chairman of Black Knight. "He will build on the strong foundation that Black Knight has established, and I am confident he and the management team at Black Knight will take the company to the next level." MIKE JURKOVIC Maryland-based property technology solutions provider, Aspen Grove Solutions, has announced the appointment of industry veteran Mike Jurkovic as VP, Business Services. In his new role, Jurkovic will be a point of contact with servicers/lenders and third-party providers to expand existing and new partnerships utilizing Aspen's proprietary property servicing platform, Aspen iProperty, to create synergies and frictionless end-to-end property-servicing solutions. In his previous role, Jurkovic worked with Black Knight Financial Services for 15 years where he worked closely with servicers and their third-party service providers across all aspects of mortgage default servicing. "We are delighted to welcome Mike to the team. Mike's experience, knowledge, and expertise helping mortgage servicers and their third-party service providers over the years, will help Aspen and our customers to provide the best solutions to manage the asset," said Sean Ryan, CEO of Aspen Grove Solutions. LAURA MACINTYRE Laura MacIntyre recently joined DIMONT, a leading provider of insurance claims adjusting and collateral loss mitigation services to the residential mortgage and auto lending industries, as Chief Revenue Officer. In her new role, she will be responsible for the Dallas- headquartered company's key growth areas, including sales and marketing. As a leader, MacIntyre has led the financial growth and expansion of multiple companies during her career spanning more than 25 years. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales and Operations at DocMagic, where she grew the revenue and market share of the company while successfully deploying their digital strategy. MacIntyre also led significant growth revenue at Fidelity National Financial and Lender Processing Services where she served as COO for both companies. MITCHELL NOMURA Mortgage Quality Management and Research, LLC (MQMR), a mortgage risk management and compliance services, announced it had hired Mitchell Nomura as internal audit manager. In this role, Nomura will apply his more than 30 years' experience overseeing compliance and risk management departments at bank and non-bank lenders to leading MQMR's team of expert internal auditors as they identify compliance and operational risks for mortgage lender clients. Before joining MQMR, Nomura was Chief Credit Officer at Bank of San Francisco, where he oversaw its lending operations and enhanced the Compliance Management System (CMS), resulting in the bank obtaining the highest possible ratings for asset and quality management in a 2016 safety and soundness examination. HANS RUSLI Hans Rusli brings over 25 years' diversified experience to IndiSoft, a Columbia, Maryland- based technology development firm that specializes in systems for the financial services industry. In his new role as CEO, Rusli is respon- sible for the strategic direction of the company. While Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, Founder and CEO, now becomes IndiSoft's Managing Member and Chairman of the Board. "IndiSoft is poised for aggressive growth, and through our system, we will change the way the mortgage industry approaches compliance and business processes," Dahiwadkar said. "Hans' extensive industry network and business knowledge will help IndiSoft reach the next level and help us fulfill our vision and execute our strategy." PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS CHARMAINE BROWN The American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC) has taken another step to promote inclusion with the recent addition of Charmaine Brown, Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Fannie Mae, to serve the council as Vice Chair. Partnering with Chair Kathy Cummings of Bank of America, Brown will assist with the implementation of an aggressive agenda for the AMDC this year, working to equip the industry with the education and advocacy tools needed for fostering an industry-wide culture of diversity and inclusion. "I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as Vice Chair of the AMDC with Kathy Cummings at such an extraordi- nary time in our industry," Brown said.
