Today, the industry faces a new set of questions such as what can
be done to create a more inclusive workforce, one that not only
includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, but also gives
a competitive edge in the marketplace. Most importantly, the
industry is trying to answer the question of moving beyond the
organization to unlock the true value of D&I.
