Byrne has been with Colonial for more than four years and most recently oversaw Colonial's digital marketing footprint. Byrne joined the company in 2014. LILIANA NIGRELLI Tennessee-based Churchill Mortgage, a company providing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA residential mortgages across 46 states, announced the promotion of Liliana Nigrelli to Chief Compliance Officer. In her role, Nigrelli will be responsible for managing Churchill's compliance team as it ensures the lender meets all state and federal regulations, tracks new or potential regulatory changes, and supports Churchill's sales and operations teams. Nigrelli previously served as Churchill's VP of Compliance. "Our compliance team works to safeguard Churchill customers while ensuring our sales teams have the proper support to conduct their jobs with full confi- dence they are following all state and federal regulations," Nigrelli said. KATY WHITE Utah-headquartered Castle & Cooke Mortgage has announced the addition of one more location for its operations in Mississippi, which will be led by Katy White. "The Batesville branch is lucky to have Katy as part of their team, and I'm excited to see them grow and expand to help Mississippi borrowers," said Adam Thorpe, CEO of Castle & Cooke Mortgage. White has been a loan officer in the business for over three years. DAREN BLOMQUIST California- headquartered Auction.com has appointed Daren Blomquist as VP, Market Economics. In his new role, Blomquist will focus on analyzing and forecasting complex macro- and- mi- croeconomic data trends within the marketplace and greater industry. Blomquist will report to Ali Haralson, Chief Business Development Officer at Auction.com. "By leading our efforts to identify, analyze, and forecast trends at the portfolio and market levels, Daren will enhance our data-driven disposition strategies and solutions to the benefit of our greater marketplace," Haralson said. Blomquist joins Auction.com from Attom Data Solutions where he served as VP and directed ATTOM Media, a division of ATTOM Data Solutions.
