C oreLogic has integrated its FactCheck income calcula- tion and analysis solution and Property Tax Estimator report on the LendingQB Loan Origina- tion System (LOS). The company said that these two additions when combined with its existing integra- tions on the LendingQB LOS provide LendingQB users with an end-to-end underwriting solution from a single provider. Property Tax Estimator is de- signed to significantly increase the accuracy of loan estimates, reduce compliance risk, and improve the customer experience. By deliver- ing highly accurate tax data early in the process, CoreLogic said that Property Tax Estimator also helps underwriters qualify the borrower's ability to financially support all mortgage costs and improves the onboarding process for servicers. Additionally, it elimi- nates the need for any specialized skills required for data procure- ment and provides a consistent workflow process no matter the property, exemption status, county exception complexity, and loan officer tenure. The integration enables lenders to obtain immediate and accurate National MI rate quotes and order delegated mortgage insurance without ever leaving Blue Sage. The integration brings National MI's real-time, risk-based mortgage insurance pricing to Blue Sage, a platform that handles all mortgage channels—retail, wholesale, cor- respondent, and consumer direct.
