In this role, Coen is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the execution of a compliance management system and any related initiatives. As CCO, Coen will also advise senior management, the board of directors, and any necessary committees of new laws and regulatory concerns. She will serve as a member of the risk and compliance committee and will oversee the compliance manage- ment processes for Gateway. "Natalia is an accomplished compliance professional who has a proven ability to lead and manage teams and projects," said Scott Gesell, CAO of Gateway. "Her extensive knowledge of banking services, consumer compliance issues, processes, regulatory requirements, and more will make her a strong asset to Gateway as we continue our transition in the banking space. We are excited to have her join the team." JEFFREY TESCH RCN Capital has appointed Jeffrey Tesch as CEO after Don Vaccaro stepped down at the end of June. Tesch was RCN Capital's Managing Director, before stepping in as Vaccaro's successor. He has been with RCN Capital since its founding in 2010 and has led efforts to develop the company into a national brand within the private lending industry. "It is truly a privilege to have been named the Chief Executive Officer of RCN Capital. I want to thank all my employees that have contributed to the company's success and have made RCN what it is today," Tesch said. "I look forward to continuing to lead the company's growth efforts through our partner- ships and strategic relationships. SERVICE PROVIDERS PAUL BANDIERA California-based First American Title Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Paul Bandiera as VP of its Information Technology (IT) Strategy. Bandiera previously served as president of a large title and escrow software company and brings 18 years' experience leading retail title and settlement software applications, as well as corporate strategy for a national title insurer. "We are thrilled Paul has joined our team," said Evan Zanic, President of First American Title's Agency Division. "Paul's vision and leadership with further enhance our efforts to provide title agents with superior technology solutions that increase efficiency and help agents provide better customer experience." MICHAEL BLAIR LoanCare, a ServiceLink company, has appointed industry veteran Michael Blair as Chief Administrative Officer. Blair most recently served as COO at Cenlar and brings more than 30 years' experi- ence in the mortgage industry with a focus on servicing, default, and loss mitigation. The company said that Blair's "leadership and extensive knowledge of global customer service centers and servicing platforms will enable LoanCare to improve capabilities like technology and infrastructure." In his new role, Blair will also oversee the onboarding of new clients and servicing portfolios. "Expanding LoanCare's executive leadership team to include a Chief Administrative Officer is critical to increasing our capabilities," said Dave Worrall, President, LoanCare. "I'm pleased to welcome Michael aboard. He brings to the company strong leadership with a wealth of servicing experience that will prove invaluable." JOSH FUCHS TONY MEOLA Consolidated Analytics has appointed industry veteran Tony Meola to its Board of Directors. The company has also hired Josh Fuchs as SVP of Product Development and Sales for its Residential Valuations Division. Meola is a nationally recognized leader with more than three decades of mortgage industry experience and significant C-suite executive experience at top-tier financial institutions. Recently retired, Meola last served as the enterprise shared services executive at Bank of America where he led banking operation strategies across high-risk functions including global payments, deposit and cards, and enterprise regulatory and operational oversight. "Tony has an extraordinary mortgage and finance background, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the board," said Arvin Wijay, CEO of Consolidated Analytics. "Tony's C-suite executive experience combined with his extensive knowledge and expertise in complex mortgage banking operations will be incredibly valuable as Consolidated Analytics continues to expand its services platform." PAUL VANCHERI LoanLogics has appointed Paul Vancheri as EVP, Technology. In this role, Vancheri will be responsible for the company's timely delivery of high-quality software to the mortgage industry. He will report to Bill Neville, CEO of LoanLogics. Vancheri brings over 35 years of IT and regtech experience and has worked closely with executives and corporate boards in the financial services industry, helping them navigate through complex decisions involving technology, business strategy, and global operations. "Paul has tremendous experience creating and managing large scale software development environments," Neville said. "He's bringing that background to LoanLogics and to our clients as we continue to grow aggressively in the mortgage technology space." GOVERNMENT ADETOKUNBO LOFINMAKIN THOMAS YOUNG Ginnie Mae has appointed Adetokunbo Lofinmakin to the Senior Executive Service as CFO and Thomas Young as the new Director of Counterparty Risk Management. Lofinmakin was serving as the acting CFO since January 2018. She will continue to report to Acting President Maren Kasper and Young will report Greg Keith, SVP and Chief Risk Officer.
