DALILA RAMOS Planet Home Lending, LLC, a national lender and servicer, has promoted Dalila Ramos to VP, Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and attract top talent. "One of my first tasks as Planet's Chief Human Resources Officer was to find a leader who could help us build on our world-class talent acquisition organization," said Ben Hughes, EVP and Chief HR Officer of Planet Home Lending. "I found that leader here in the Planet family. As Planet Home Lending continues to grow, Dalila's experience, industry expertise, and broad network will continue to help us strengthen our talent acqui- sition efforts." With more than 20 years' experience, Ramos has already used her in-depth industry knowledge to support Planet Home Lending's mission. In 2019, Ramos joined Planet Home Lending to boost re- cruiting efforts in distributed retail. She expanded her scope to operations, servicing, and corporate professionals when the demand for talent rose this year. "The Planet Home Lending team is exceptional," Ramos said. ANTONIO ROUNDTREE First Community Mortgage (FCM) has announced that Antonio Roundtree will be taking on a new role as VP of Community Engagement. "We are excited to welcome Antonio in this new role, respon- sible for increasing lending activities, promoting homebuyer and financial education programs, and community outreach efforts across commu- nities we serve," says Keith Canter, CEO of First Community Mortgage. Roundtree attended Austin Peay University, where he majored in criminal justice. He has experi- ence in banking, previously focusing on Rutherford County, Nashville, and extending to Knoxville. He also served in the U.S. Army as an Engineer. Outside of work, Roundtree is active in his commu- nity by teaching youth at church events, including coaching them on employment preparation. "Serving and fostering the community is one of the main pillars of First Community Mortgage's mission, and I am proud to join the team, focusing on traditionally underserved markets," Roundtree said. "It's exciting to launch our Community Development Initiative, the primary tool toward intentional engagement, providing communities with relevant assistance, educational and financial services to generate more homeownership opportunities." SERVICE PROVIDERS TRINH LE-COULTER LenderClose announced the addition of new leadership team employee Trinh Le-Coulter who will fill the newly created role of Director of Operations. "As a result of accelerated growth, we were in a position to create two separate teams with expert leadership for each," said Ben Rempe, COO at LenderClose. "This will enable each team to excel at a faster rate while still maintaining close collaboration cross- departmentally. We anticipate that a change in reporting structure will lead to even quicker project completion, increased product performance and innovation advancement. Our strong, talented teams are the reason LenderClose is becoming an indispensable lending technology partner to the nation's community financial institutions." Le-Coulter has more than five years of leader- ship experience in shared services operations, which she gained in successive roles, including Client Operations Manager, Shared Services Team Lead, and Director of Shared Services at Businessolver, a provider of employee benefits administration technology. During her time there, Le-Coulter pioneered and implemented a shared services model that increased profitability and scalability. She also helped maintain a 90% job satisfaction rating from 27 direct reports and 45 indirect reports while facilitating company growth and client retention. Le-Coulter's expertise in organizational trans- formation, team member development, and her ability to build key relationships with stakeholders fits perfectly with the LenderClose commitment to building high-performing operations and product teams. Le-Coulter's depth of knowledge in strategic planning, cultivating talent, as well as increasing workflow proficiency and efficiency, will bring additional strength to the leadership talent at LenderClose.
