We will be rebranding the company in January and our product family thereafter to reflect that strategy," Leonard said. Leonard has more than 25 years of industry experience as an executive at Black Knight and its predecessor businesses, most recently managing the Servicing Technology business unit with more than $800 million of annual revenue. She served as CPO and CDO, managing the MSP software platform, the market-leading enterprise software platform for loan servicing. She has held multiple, senior-level positions where she was responsible for the development and delivery of technology solutions to the largest mortgage lenders and servicers. Leonard has been the recipient of numerous mortgage industry recog- nition honors, and has been regularly called upon by industry trade associa- tions and media outlets to share her perspectives by serving as an author, interviewee, panelist, and speaker. FRANK MARTELL Technology-enabled residential real estate brokerage Compass Inc., announced the appointment of CoreLogic CEO and President Frank Martell to its board of directors. Martell provides lead efforts in real estate data, services, and analytics to government agencies, financial institutions, real estate experts, and insurance couriers. "I could not be more excited to join the Compass board," Martell said. "Compass' focus on helping real estate agents succeed through the company's technology platform and support put it at the forefront of the digital transformation in the real estate industry, and I look forward to contributing to the company's continued success as a member of the board." With more than 30 years of execu- tive leadership experience in market- ing, financial services, and business information industries, Martell's focus is targeted toward making home- ownership ideal. Joining CoreLogic in August 2011, he served consecutively as CFO and COO before his promo- tion to CEO in March 2017. He was named 2013 Outstanding CFO of a Public Company in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal. Martell now serves on the global board of directors of Operation HOPE, a best-in-class provider of financial literacy empowerment for youth, financial capability for com- munities, and financial dignity for all. He chairs the West Coast Scarlet & Gold Committee of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and is on the board of directors of Bank of the West. Until October 2021, he was also on the board of directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association. With such active and notable experience, Compass stands firm on their ap- pointment decision. DEAN MCCALL Promontory MortgagePath LLC has announced the promotion of Dean McCall from Managing Director of Development Operations and Data to CIO. As CIO, McCall will affect broad decision- making beyond technology and into strategic positioning, Promontory MortgagePath's client service model, and other company initiatives. "Dean's industry experience in data management and information coupled with his five-year tenure at Promontory MortgagePath make him the perfect candidate for our CIO role," said Gene Ludwig, Founder and CEO at Promontory MortgagePath. "He brings an executive-level engi- neering and information technology focus to the important CIO position.
