JUSTIN BIRD Mobility Market Intelligence (MMI), a provider of data intelligence and market insight tools for the mortgage and real estate industries, has named Justin Bird as its new Creative Director. "MMI has a wealth of data that grows daily," MMI Founder and CEO Ben Teerlink said. "We've brought Justin in to expand the ways our market insights are provided. With his creativity and experience, we're thrilled to enhance our tools and pro- vide our users with insights that are both interactive and digestible." Bird joins MMI from Black Knight, where he served as Creative Director for nearly nine years. During his time there, he designed and developed content in the form of dynamic videos, interactive games, and animated greeting cards for Black Knight's Surefire platform. Prior to Black Knight, Bird was a Web Designer for his own company, JustinBird.com, where he designed and developed websites, games, and applications. "Taking complex data sets and creating them into digestible and entertaining videos has been a pas- sion of mine for the last 20 years," Bird said. "There is so much oppor- tunity within MMI for its data to shine in a way anyone can understand. I'm extremely excited to be a part of it and can't wait to bring my ideas to life alongside the MMI team." SHAUN GONZALES DONNA FARQUHAR WFG National Title Insurance Company (WFG), a provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for commer- cial and residential transactions nationwide, has announced the launch of its National Builder Services Division, to be led by 20-year builder title services industry veteran Shaun Gonzales. WFG's new Division which will provide escrow, title, and underwriting services to both regional and national homebuilders in all 50 states. "We are thrilled to have Shaun leading the charge for our new National Builder Services division," WFG President and CEO Steve Ozonian said. "This is an important business channel for WFG and our industry, and Shaun knows it well. He understands builders and their unique business needs and is pas- sionate about helping them be more successful." As President of WFG's National Builder Services Division, Gonzales will focus on developing builder business within the company's direct operations and building a dedicated national operation to support major national homebuilders. WFG has also announced the promotion of Escrow Operations Manager Donna Farquhar to President of the company's Colorado Division. Farquhar was previously responsible for running the daily escrow opera- tions in Colorado, and will now ex- pand her role to include leadership of sales, title, and escrow for the region. In this expanded role, she will drive expansion and oversee all associated staff and state-related initiatives, improvement and budget initia- tives, training, and education for the region. In addition, she will oversee and spearhead the growth of WFG throughout the Colorado Market. "Donna always puts the needs and wellbeing of our customers and fellow WFG team members first," WFG EVP of Strategic Growth Jason Vasek said. "Her selfless approach to engaging with her employees and clients really sets her apart. In addition, her integ- rity, vision, and competency in the Colorado market well position us for continued success. I am thrilled about our future with Donna at the lead." Farquhar began her career in the title industry in 1991 in an entry-level intern position for a direct under- writer after completing her parale- gal studies. Farquhar has years of experience in escrow operations, trust accounting, and auditing for national title insurance companies. She is an active member of the education and legislation committee for Land Title Association of Colorado. She has volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House and Food for Hope. KEEGAN DOYLE Appraisal Logistics, a provider of appraisal management technology and compliance solutions, has named Keegan Doyle as its new Director of Marketing. Doyle will concentrate on marketing efforts for the company's AIM-Port appraisal management technology. "Keegan knows exactly what our lender clients are facing in the current environment and what they need in terms of technology to streamline the appraisal process," said Frank Danna, Co-Founder and CEO of Appraisal Logistic Solutions. "I'm very pleased that we were successful in attracting a leader who has actually been involved in conversations with the kinds of lenders we serve and fully under- stands our value proposition." Prior to Appraisal Logistics, Doyle spent two-and-a-half years at Reggora, where he served as the first member of a quickly growing market- ing team, managing several chan- nels, and completing many impactful projects. Doyle's efforts will be focused on AIM-Port, the company's appraisal management technology for mort- gage lenders that provides workflow efficiency and cost savings by allow- ing them to more effectively manage their appraisal process and vendors.
