Errol Samuelson has more than 20 years' experience in technology and real estate, starting as president of Realtor.com in February 2007 after joining its parent company, Move, Inc., in 2003. In 2013, he was appointed chief strategy officer at Move. In taking on his new role, Samuelson said his first priority is to listen to the industry and incorporate its feedback to evolve Zillow's technology and partnership programs. richard cimino LRES, a national provider of residential and commercial valuations and asset management for the mortgage, banking, credit union, and real estate industries, named Richard Cimino SVP and executive advisor. Cimino has almost 40 years' experience in the consumer finance, real estate, and mortgage banking industries. Before working at LRES, he held senior management positions for I-Serve, Greenlight Financial, New Century Mortgage, and Ford Consumer Finance. michaEl marlow Mortgage Master announced the opening of its newest retail location deep in the heart of Texas, naming Michael Marlow to lead the team. Marlow is a lifelong Houston resident with 26 years' experience in the residential mortgage industry, including management, loan origination, processing, compliance, and underwriting. Most recent Marlow was founder and president of Refund Realty and Mortgage, where he was responsible for more than $100 million in close mortgage loan production. rEnEé GrEEnman Centennial Mortgage, Inc. (CMI), an Indiana- based mortgage bank providing funding through HUD and U.S. Department of Agriculture-insured loan programs, added one of HUD's own to its staff. Reneé Greenman, formerly the agency's Seattle Multifamily Hub Director, joined the company as managing director. "Given her professional background, Ms. Greenman will be a tremendous asset to our leadership team at Centennial Mortgage, Inc.," said CMI president Matthew Kane. John Bianchi In Texas, Caliber Home Loans, Inc., appointed John Bianchi EVP of national retail lending. Possessing 23 years' mortgage banking experience, Bianchi has a number of production awards to his name. He most recently served as divisional sales executive for Bank of America, having moved quickly up the executive ranks. As EVP for Caliber, his leadership will be instrumental to the future expansion of the company's retail sales footprint. amanda BErry Baker Donelson, a law firm with practices in a wide range of fields, announced the addition of Amanda Berry to its Orlando office. Serving as of counsel, Berry will defend mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors in consumer finance litigation. She has a particularly focus on matters related to lender liability defense, fair debt and collections practices claims, regulatory and compliance issues, and title-related issues. Brandon GoldStEin Valuation Vision (V2), a provider of alternative valuation products and tech solutions nationwide, announced the hiring of Brandon Goldstein as managing director of capital markets. Most recently, Goldstein served as director of acquisitions at Guardian Capital, managing residential and commercial assets of up to $100 million. He also has trade desk management experience coming from time spent at NoteTrader, according to a release from V2. With the addition of Goldstein, the company hopes to add "a unique perspective to leveraging valuation." PEtEr KallodaychSaK Liquid Logics, the developers behind "the industry's first Cloud- based loan origination system (LOS) built around the consumer's experience," announced the promotion of Peter Kallodaychsak to VP of business development. Kallodaychsak is a 15-year veteran of the mortgage industry and previously served as a contractor for bFocused, Liquid Logics' sister company. He has experience with both LOS and automated underwriting systems, giving him a complete understanding of Liquid Logics' unique offerings. andy Gottman 360 Mortgage Group, an Austin-based mortgage banker with a primary focus on third party origination, an- nounced the expansion of its correspondent sales team with the addition of Andy Gottman as new sales manager. An 18-year mortgage indus- try veteran, Gottman formerly worked at Pacific Union Financial as Mountain Region sales manager, recruiting, hiring, and training new salespeople to expand the business. Previously, he was a senior account executive at 360 Mortgage, where he was named top producer in 2012 and funded $110 million in produc- tion volume. marty rEEd Marty Reed, VP of business operations at Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) MLS Solutions division, was appointed for a three- year term on the board of directors for the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the company announced. Reed has extensive experience in business and MLS and currently oversees BKFS' Paragon MLS systems. Prior to that, she was CEO of Cooperative Arkansas Regional Multiple Listing Services, Inc., for nearly 15 years. adam hanSEn In Illinois, the LOGS Network named Adam Hansen its new chief information officer. Hansen is a veteran technology executive, boasting more than two decades of experience leading complex technology organizations, much of which was spent in the legal services arena. Most notable, he has extensive experience leading technology strategies related to law firm mergers and acquisitions, strategic realignment and execution, technology transformation projects, and enterprise risk management efforts. BEvErly wEBEr Beverly M. Weber of Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, P.C. was recognized as a Rising Star by the 2014 Women's Justice Awards (WJA), a Missouri Lawyers Weekly honor and event. Weber's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, loan workouts and restructuring, and litigation in the areas of banking (including lender liability), title insurance law, and commercial law.
