Th e M Rep o RT | 11 MCrowd Eric S. BElSky The Federal Reserve has appointed Eric S. Belsky as director of the Division of Consumer and Community Affairs, starting in August. Throughout his career, Belsky has held a number of positions in both the private sector and in academia, including director of housing finance research at Fannie Mae and assistant professor at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Currently, he is managing director of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard, where he also works as a lecturer on urban planning and design. Dan GallEry Stewart Lender Services named Dan Gallery as group executive for its Capital Markets Group. As one of two new additions to the group, Gallery will direct the Capital Markets team in its expansion of due diligence services for investment banks, hedge funds, institutional investors, private investors, and mortgage insurance companies. Commenting on his new position, Gallery said he is "excited to take on this challenge," adding, "Stewart is well positioned, given its systems, processes, and management team, to succeed and grow with our clients." Dan HoEH Dan Hoeh has also joined MCS, who will aid Jeff Thompson as assistant VP of operations. Hoeh joined the company in 2008 and has served in a number of positions, including asset preservation coordinator, data and reporting analyst, training lead, supervisor of operations, and manager of operations. His current position has him supervising team productivity and working to increase operating efficiency and quality. JEff MatticE RealtyTrac's Data Solutions team now has a new face. Veteran licensing and business development executive, Jeff Mattice, joined the group as VP. Mattice left Black Knight Financial Services, where he worked for 13 years, most recently as the director of national licensing and business development with the company's Applied Analytics division. He also spent five years as the regional director of licensing at CoreLogic. Serving in his new position, Mattice will help grow RealtyTrac's expanding data licensing business. DaviD coopEr Also new to Stewart Lender Services' Capital Markets Group is David Cooper, who has been brought on as the managing director of sales. Cooper joins Stewart after more than a decade spent in various sales roles at Integrated Asset Services, the Winter Group, and Clayton Holdings, Inc. "Dan's leadership coupled with David's extensive sales experience, leadership, and capital markets client support will strengthen our services," said Jason Nadeau, group president of Stewart. antHony WilliaMSon Anthony Williamson has joined DocuTech Corporation as a consumer lending product manager, the company announced. Williamson has more than 25 years in the banking industry, and he previously served as a product manager of deposit and treasury management products for Infosys. Taking over in his new role, he is responsible for product development to ensure DocuTech's consumer lending products remain competitive and profitable. StEpHEn J. koliMaGa In its efforts to continue growing in the private-label segment, LenderLive Network Inc. announced the hiring of Stephen J. Kolimaga as VP of national sales for the company's Outsource Services division. Kolimaga brings nearly two decades of mortgage experience to LenderLive, having spent much of that time focused on private- label operations. Prior to joining the company, he was SVP of private label and affinity relocation sales at Green Tree Servicing. He also previously served at PHH Corporation as SVP of private-label sales. Brian MoGGan The super-regional lender, Mortgage Master, has appointed Brian Moggan as its new regional manager for Northern California. Moggan, a 14-year mortgage industry expert, will work to expand the firm's market share throughout Northern California, including the regions of San Francisco Peninsula, Marin, Wine Country, and the South and East Bays. Prior to joining Mortgage Master, Moggan served as SVP of production at Mason McDuffie Mortgage Corporation, where he was responsible for strategic growth and recruitment of business development executives in key markets. JuDy lySaGHt DocuTech also announced it has assigned former senior implementation project manager Judy Lysaght to a new role within the firm, expanding her responsibilities. As a mortgage lending product manager, Lysaght will work to promote DocuTech's flagship software, ConformX, taking responsibility for the direction of the company's mortgage lending products and services. pEnny SMitH Based in Pennsylvania, GMH Mortgage Services announced the opening of its wholesale lending division, with Penny Smith named as SVP. Formerly SVP of operations for the company, Smith has more than two and a half decades of mortgage experience, working previously at New Penn Financial and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She has been with GMH since 2013, when she was recruited as VP of processing. JEff tHoMpSon Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, and maintenance for the financial services industry, announced the appointment of Jeff Thompson as VP of operations for its facility in Ruston, Louisiana. Thompson joins MCS from 21st Mortgage Corporation in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he served as a senior credit manager. In his new role, he will oversee the Ruston center's client service team, recruiting, training, and community relations. tErry roWlanD Carrington Mortgage Services now has a fifth retail-lending branch in Virginia with 25-year finance veteran Terry Rowland leading the operation. With experience heading retail, wholesale, and correspondent lending departments at several national lenders, Rowland will work in the region to expand Carrington's offerings to a wider range of borrowers, including those with credit scores in the sub-640 range.
