Brizzi will serve as chief client officer at Altisource Portfolio Solutions, where he will focus on managing the company's institutional client relationships and overseeing the company's customer strategy, using Altisource's industry-leading products and services to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Prior to joining Altisource, Brizzi served as COO with Software Quality Systems AG, head of strategic client delivery EMEA with SAP, and executive positions with Vodafone Group Services, Capgemini/Ernst&Young, and Unilever. In addition, Altisource has also added Kirk G. Willison as SVP of government and industry relations. Willison will handle Altisource's federal and state regulatory relations and will lead the company's outreach to industry and consumer advocacy groups, according to the company. david olSon CFSI Loan Management has added David Olson to their team as VP of business development. He comes to CFSI Loan Management after having spent over 20 years in various roles with various business services and niche financial services firms. Most recently he served as VP of finance and business development for RCN Capital, LLC. RCN is a private lender that specializes in making short-term "bridge" and "rehab" loans to purchasers of smaller commercial properties, as well as non-owner occupied residential properties. Pat Hoffman Pat Hoffman has been hired as AVP of operations at Safeguard Properties. He will assist the COO in identifying and executing a number of strategical operational initiatives in the newly created position. Prior to joining Safeguard, Hoffman held the position of director of operations with Capstone Logistics in Norcross, Georgia, for 11 years. Hoffman's responsibilities in that position also included implementing quality and performance improvement initiatives, managing safety programs, and delivering results through effective recruiting, training, and team building. Before Capstone, Hoffman served as operations manager for Roadway Express in Kernersville, North Carolina. Jim cutillo Stonegate Mortgage founder and CEO Jim Cuttilo recently announced his departure from the company. He will serve as a consultant over the next six months as he transitions out of the company. Richard A. Kraemer has been named interim CEO of Stonegate and will retain his position as Chairman of the Board. In addition, the company has appointed James V. Smith as president and COO, reporting to Kraemer until a permanent CEO is named. Kyle K. RanK/ cRaig dunBaR Alliant National Title Insurance Company announced the promotion of Kyle K. Rank from Chief Compliance Officer to EVP, Agency. In his new role, Rank will remain on Alliant National's executive team while expanding his responsibilities to head agency for the company. Rank first joined Alliant National in 2010 as Missouri State Agency Manager. Some of his previous positions include part owner and president of a large Midwestern title agency, Chief Claims Counsel, and Associate General Counsel. In addition, Alliant National Title also hired Craig Dunbar as Agency Representative in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas. In this new position, Dunbar will develop, maintain and expand the marketing and management policies that affect the Independent Agents who make up Alliant National's Southwest Regional Agency network. PatRicK caRney Patrick Carney has joined ClosingCorp as executive program manager, Title Channel. Carney will be a member of the ClosingCorp Executive Team and have a strategic focus on the title and settlement ecosystem in his new position. He will be tasked with driving key integration efforts while contributing to the strategic product roadmap, specifically around ordering, service provider risk management, and overall market adoption. Carney brings more than two decades of experience in the real estate and title insurance industries to ClosingCorp. Most recently, he was COO and chief strategy officer at reQuire, a web-based lien release tracking and reporting service. JoHn coSta Embrace Home Loans welcomes John Costa as regional lending executive for the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Costa will lead all retail sales production and recruitment in the region. Costa is one of three key new hires Embrace has made since late June. Most recently, Costa was SVP and head of mortgage sales for Weichert Financial Services. He also held positions at Sutherland Global Services and spent more than 17 years at PHH Mortgage.
