Previously, he worked as a Managing Partner at REOsure Real Estate Services, and as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for NovaStar Mortgage. DEBBIE MATZ The National Credit Union Association Chairman (NCUA), Debbie Matz, announced plans to step down from her post. Matz has been on the NCUA board since August 2009. She was the eighth NCUA Board Chairman and served a total of 11 years at the NCUA. She was the only NCUA board member ever confirmed by the U.S. Senate for a second term. Her term ended on April 10, 2015. In addition to serving on the NCUA board, she represented the regulator on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, which she chaired from 2011 to 2013. Matz has also served on the Financial Stability Oversight Council since its inception in 2010. Matz said she plans to take time off before pursuing new professional opportunities. JEFF TENNYSON Jeff Tennyson has been chosen to serve as Interim President of Clayton Holdings LLC, the company's principal mortgage and real estate services subsidiary. Tennyson, who joined Clayton in February 2015 as COO, has been responsible for Clayton's U.S. business units including: Transaction Management, Consulting, Surveillance, Green River Capital, and ValuAmerica. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall operating results of the company's business lines. Tennyson has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Clayton, he was COO of B2R Finance, L.P., a specialty finance company of the Blackstone Group that provides mortgage financing for owner/operators of single-family residential rental properties. NANCY G. PRATT Nancy G. Pratt, VP of Partner Strategies, Government Affairs at Pavaso, was elected to serve as co-chair of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization eMort- gage Workgroup. Pratt has been in the mortgage and title industry for over 32 years and has over 12 years' experience specifically in the eMortgage and eClosing space. Pratt is responsible for performing the first complete eMortgage with lenders and conducting the first ever FHA and VA eClosings. At Pavaso, Pratt manages the firm's strategic partnerships and is responsible in maintaining relationships at the federal and state level, as well as understanding key regulatory issues and laws that pertain to the opera- tions of Pavaso. MIKE FLETCHER Ernst Publishing Company welcomed new Director of Strategic Accounts-Lending Market. Fletcher brings 30 years' experience in the mortgage industry to his new role at Ernst, where he will focus on adding new partners, including resellers and strategic alliances. His background includes experience in operations and sales for lending, technology, and outsourcing business. He focuses on bringing value to clients by taking complex problems and delivering simple solutions in a timely manner. MITCH SCHNEIDER AIM Your Way, LLC, has appointed Mitch Schneider as CEO. Schneider has more than 20 years' expertise in the industry with a focus on client retention, business administration, and change management across multiple disciplines. Those disciplines include mortgage default services, OEM manufacturing, and telecommunications. Schneider is actively involved in many industry and professional trade associations. He has also served on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. TOM DAVIS Tom Davis joined First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation (FGMC) as the National TPO Sales Director. Davis brings 15 years' mortgage industry experience to First Guaranty. Prior to joining FGMC, he was Division VP–Correspondent Sales, Finance of America Mortgage LLC, a Blackstone Company, and Correspondent Rural Housing Account Executive, JPMorgan Chase & Co. During his tenure at Chase, Davis sourced and procured more than $5 billion in USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing loans. HARRY GARDNER Docutech named Harry Gardner as its new EVP of eStrategies, where he will lead the development of Docutech's corporate and product strategy toward fully integrated eClosing capabilities, as well as related advanced features and functionality using electronic documents and eSignatures. Bringing more than 16 years' industry experience and MISMO leadership with him to Docutech, Gardner most recently served as VP of eStrategies at Ellie Mae. Prior to Ellie Mae, Gardner was president of SigniaDocs, Inc., a provider of legally compliant loan documents and technology.
