Nationstar has long been a diverse and inclusive company and we're now becoming more so. We believe our business must look, think and act more like the communities we serve. That's why we've created our Office of Diversity and Inclusion. This new office enables greater understanding and collaboration among our diverse populations. Resource Teams are open to anyone that shares a common interest, culture or way of life. A newly-formed mentoring program helps team members from all backgrounds advance within the company all while a council of focused leaders help implement our initiatives. At Nationstar, success means sharing our common experiences, celebrating our differences and learning from each other. After all, we're not just changing our company. We're changing our industry.
