Still, CMB, is President and CEO of Pulte Financial Services, which includes Pulte Mortgage LLC, PGP Title and PCIC Insurance and employs over 800 in dividuals throughout the U.S. Still is also President and CEO of Pulte Mortgage, a nationwide lender headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, which has helped more than 450,000 homebuyers finance their new home purchases since 1972. As a female in historically male industries, both homebuilding and mortgage, Still became visible by volunteering for many additional responsibilities, frequently ones that no one else wanted. For example, while working in Dallas as a Pulte Mortgage Branch Manager, she volunteered for the company's National Quality Council where she was the only woman and the only mortgage professional. Her original intent was to make a contribution as the representative for her local team, but the position ultimately afforded her the opportunity to meet and work alongside homebuilding leadership from all over the country.
