"Our partnership with ServiceLink brings added efficiency to our platform, allowing lenders to pro- vide a shorter timeline to closing for their customers, along with a better overall experience during what is already a stressful time." Cyprexx Announces Innovative Property Entry-Management System LOCKWISE ALLOWS PROPERTY ACCESS TO BE GRANTED DIGITALLY, SYNCING WITH THE PREMPOINT APP. C yprexx Services, LLC in partnership with Prem- point Inc. plans to launch dubbed Lockwise a new entry- management system in Fall 2017. Lockwise is a new key- less entry-management system that allows property access to be granted digitally by sync- ing with the Prempoint app, allowing property managers to control access from any geo- graphical location by utilizing an online dashboard. This new technology eliminates the need for traditional key-based locks that typically complicate the process of accessing assets. Currently, physical keys provid- ed directly by property managers or via lockboxes present security concerns, including theft, loss, inaccurate access codes, or un- authorized key duplication. As a response, Lockwise can altogether eliminate the recurring monetary and time costs of rekeying. The devices require no special equip- ment for installation and provide a more secure, flexible, manage- able, and aesthetically pleasing solution to securing properties. These new devices when paired with an authorized user via Prempoint allow property managers to securely control property entry without the need for a traditional rekey, or be physically present to grant access. Cyprexx believes this new solu- tion is inventive and adaptable since it provides the ability to remove or add authorized users as needed, from any location. At any time, property managers will have the ability to grant property ac- cess to maintenance vendors, ten- ants, and inspectors. Additionally, relevant documents such as work orders, lease agreements, and pho- tos can be securely shared using the encrypted Prempoint system. "We are delighted to be in part- nership with Prempoint. When first introduced to their technol- ogy, we immediately were en- couraged to inject capital to help them develop innovative solutions that we can bring to market. Combined with our Bluetooth lock technology 'Lockwise,' we see this unique solution as an enabler for Cyprexx to enter the property management space. In addition, the control of who gets access, when they get access and the reporting capability of this technology in eliminating the many issues of keys in the de- faults space is exciting. The added control to the access of clients' properties is powerful," said Ed Mullen, CEO of Cyprexx Services Matthew Hartley, CEO and co- founder of Prempoint Inc., added, "This partnership with Cyprexx is giving us a huge opportunity to help the property manage- ment and realty industries. It's an exciting time for both companies, but I'm even more excited for our customers. The investment we received is being put towards revolutionizing how property managers and realtors will man- age access to properties." a360inc Aims to Simplify Solutions for Law Firms THE TEXAS-BASED COMPANY ANNOUNCED IT HAS ACQUIRED THE CASEAWARE SUITE OF TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. T aking a major step toward its stated goal of providing industry-wide integration solutions for law firms in the default-servicing market, Carrollton, Texas-based a360inc announced on Oc- tober 4th it has acquired the CaseAware Suite of technology solutions from KMC Informa- tion Systems. Both KMC's case- management system, CaseAware Manage, and its middleware integration module, CaseAware Integrate, were acquired by a360 inc. CEO Scott Brinkley says law firms in the mortgage industry can stand to benefit from a more cohesive case-management system, and that is what a360inc aims to provide. "Over the last few decades, a number of similar industries have experienced an influx of investment capital targeted at transformation and simplification," Brinkley said. "The development of SaaS solutions has transformed these industries and reduced the capital required by owners to operate their businesses." He went on to say that default- servicing law professionals "have not had the benefit of these solu - tions." "The resulting case-management system landscape is a fragmented space, dotted with costly pro - prietary platforms or smaller independent providers with lim- ited service scope," Brinkley said, adding, "For law firms to survive turbulent markets, systems need to evolve and adapt into a better delivery model—that is what a360inc is working towards." The mission of a360inc is to offer default servicing legal profes - sionals a consolidated, secure, compliant solution with variable, subscription-based pricing for law firms and their vendors and servicers. "By joining the a360inc family, CaseAware is on the path to a whole new level of capabilities," said Dan Cannon, COO of KMC Information Systems. "Integrating the CaseAware Platform with the existing Firm Solutions suite of technology products is exciting for the industry. The vision the com - pany has for new compliant, inte- grated, single sign-on SaaS default technologies is ground-breaking and I'm excited to join the team and contribute to that vision." Parts of CaseAware Manage and CaseAware Integrate will be combined by a360inc with its ProMatters suite and delivered to customers through its Firm Solutions offerings. "For law firms to survive turbulent markets, systems need to evolve and adapt into a better delivery model." —Scott Brinkley, CEO, A360inc
