Celini will report to President and CEO Robert Crowl. Celini was most recently a Risk Management Consultant with Newbold Advisors LLC, a professional services firm, and Common Securitizations LLC, a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac helping organizations implement comprehensive risk, compliance and regulatory solutions. He previously served as EVP and Chief Risk Officer of Sun National Bank where he was responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of the Bank's enterprise risk management framework. STEVE DESANTIS Cloudvirga, developer of intelligent mortgage point-of-sale (POS) platforms in Irvine, California, has appointed Steve DeSantis as its CFO. A seasoned technology finance executive, DeSantis will be responsible for driving Cloudvirga's financial strategies to accelerate its growth. He will report to Cloudvirga's recently appointed CEO Michael Schreck. DeSantis has more than two decades of financial management experience in the technology sector. Over the course of his career, he has raised more than $250 million, taken two companies public, and sold three companies. Most recently, DeSantis was CFO for ShiftPixy, a disruptive human capital management services provider revolutionizing employment in the Gig Economy. ShiftPixy completed its initial public offering in June. "A unique combination of mortgage expertise and technical chops enables Cloudvirga to deliver a best-in-class digital mortgage platform that three of the country's top eight lenders trust," said DeSantis. JOHN HOLBROOK Collateral Analytics, a provider of automated real estate property valuation and analytic products headquartered in Hawaii, announced the addition of John Holbrook as EVP of Business Strategy. He joins Collateral Analytics from Fannie Mae, where he served as Director of Collateral Technology and Strategy. "John's broad and various experience in appraisal and valuation technology made it a compelling choice to invite him to join our team, as we enhance and expand our modern appraisal products," said Michael Sklarz, CEO of Collateral Analytics. "I am incredibly excited to join Collateral Analytics, especially at a time that the planets are aligning for positive and significant change in the valuation space," said Holbrook. JONATHAN KEARNS DocMagic, Inc., a provider of fully-compliant loan document preparation, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive eMortgage services, announced that Jonathan Kearns has been appointed to the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Residential Standards Governance Committee. The committee is comprised of select subject matter experts, nine of whom will begin their two-year term on Jan. 1, 2018, through December 31, 2019. Kearns is the SVP of Technology Solutions at eSignSystems, a division of DocMagic, and has been with the company since its 2014 acquisition of eSignSystems from WAVE. He has been instrumental to DocMagic in advancing business processes and developing workflows that incorporate electronic documents, eSignatures, eVaulting and other paperless mortgage solutions. FAITH SCHWARTZ Athens, Georgia- based FormFree announced that housing finance expert Faith Schwartz has been elected to its board of directors. Schwartz has played a firsthand role in shaping current housing finance best practices and public policy. Principal and founder of Housing Finance System Strategies, a housing finance strategic advisory firm, Schwartz also serves as a senior advisor to the leadership team of Accenture Credit Services.
