The Five Star Conference and MortgagePoint proudly present the 2024 Women in Housing Leadership Awards, an esteemed recognition of exemplary women making significant strides in the housing and mortgage industry. We invite you to nominate outstanding women leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership, and impact in their respective fields. Winners will be announced at the Five Star Conference and Expo, held from September 24-26, 2024, at the Omni Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

Nomination Categories

The Rising Star Executive Award

This award recognizes young women leaders who, while still early in their careers, have demonstrated an outstanding capability to lead and drive progress. (Candidates must have at most 10 years of industry experience.)

Diverse Ownership Award

This award honors companies owned or led by diverse executives and promotes women in leadership positions, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Keys In Hand Award

This award spotlights industry executives working to expand homeownership in America, particularly for first-time homeowners, providing a critical source of intergenerational wealth.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Award

This award recognizes executives driving charitable initiatives and helping the industry make a positive difference in the communities it serves.

The Laurie A. Maggiano Legacy Award

This prestigious award honors women whose accomplishments have left an indelible impact on the industry and have positively influenced homeownership within the past year. (Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years of consecutive industry experience.)

Why Nominate

Please use our form to nominate a colleague or business associate. The form will guide you through the necessary steps and ensure that all required fields are completed. Please note that self-nominations are not accepted. You may nominate a colleague for up to two of the five categories above.

 

Important Guidelines

  • A colleague or business associate must submit nominations.
  • Nominees must meet the specific experience requirements of the selected award(s).
  • To receive their award, nominees must attend the Women in Housing Leadership Awards Banquet in Dallas. If the nominee cannot participate in, they may appoint a proxy to accept the award.
