Hot Home: The home on 20 Oak Ridge Road is up for sale in San Fran's tony Claremont section. It also has dark wood, painted tile, a large master suite complete with au pair quarters, and a luxe swimming pool. It lists for just under $1.5 million. Hot Home: One of Sacramento's exclusive gated communities has a hot property for sale. The 6,034-square-foot home lists for $2.5 million and has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, and six fireplaces. The upstairs master suite features his and hers baths. The outside amenities include a kitchen, fireplace, pool, and fountains. The decadent dwelling also has a separate studio apartment replete with a full bath and kitchen along with a gardener's shed and a hobby studio. Hot Home: This residence is fabulous personified. The 5,410-square-foot custombuilt home comes with natural stone floors, marble finishes and cabinetry, a built-in theater, an exercise room, and a waterfall. It also features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths and has an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit—all for a cool $2.4 mil. Hot Home: David Wright and his wife, Gladys, lived to be centenarians in the home that his father, famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, designed for them. The $2.38 million abode sits on two acres of land and boasts a guest house for visitors. Hot Home: A tri-level home in San Jose is up for grabs for a cool $1.188 million. The 2,665-square-foot home backs up to a creek and open field, plus has a bamboo floor entryway, which extends into the kitchen and family room.
