He previously served as Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Comcast. SERVICE PROVIDERS JASON BILBRUCK Jason Bilbruck has joined TitleEase LLC, a title and settlement services franchise business, as VP of Business Development. "We are thrilled to be adding Jason to our organization. With his talent and expertise, Jason will be leading the charge to create an even bigger platform for TitleEase—one that will enable us to further grow our franchise model," said Joseph D'Urso, CEO at TitleEase. A 15-plus-year industry veteran, Bilbruck's past experience includes time spent with Stewart Title and Chicago Title, with both positions residing within the National Commercial Services Division. He also led a sales manage- ment team at a payroll company. "It's a very exciting opportunity be- cause I've been tasked with not only growing the sales and marketing side, but also to initiate a more robust hir- ing process down the road," Bilbruck said. "I believe TitleEase is going to revolutionize the industry. I'm ready to get to work and make some big things happen." The VP of Business Development role is a new position within the com- pany, created especially for Bilbruck. KELLY BOOTH Mortgage Cadence, a subsidiary of Accenture, has announced the addition of Kelly Booth as SVP of Sales. Booth has more than 30 years of industry experi- ence and will be working with the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP), designed with an open architecture and inclusive of an industry-leading point-of-sale. "We're thrilled to have Kelly on our team," said Pete Espinosa, CEO of Mortgage Cadence. "She has a deep understanding of mortgage technology and will play a critical role in helping us connect lenders with the solutions that work best for them." Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Booth served as VP of Enterprise Sales at SitusAMC. Booth brings years of experience in sales, marketing, manage- ment, strategic planning, and product design concentrated on financial software services to her new role, most notably, with Roostify, Ellie Mae, and Wolters Kluwers, among others. CRAIG COTTON Proptech provider Spruce has an- nounced the appointment of Craig Cotton as VP of Product, a role where he will work to identify, build, and deliver even more meaningful products to serve Spruce's customers nationwide. "Craig has a proven ability to deeply understand—and then fulfill— customer needs," said Patrick Burns, CEO and Co-Founder of Spruce. "This strategic, customer-centric mindset is essential as we continue to grow and expand our service offering to solve the many challenges within the real estate transaction process." Cotton brings nearly 25 years of product experience to Spruce, including five years at Amazon Web Services, where he led the product team for Amazon S3, as well as strate- gic initiatives for the AWS IoT service team. "Although in many ways it feels like early days of the transforma- tion, Spruce's technology and team have the power to make meaningful change within the real estate indus- try," Cotton said. "Pairing this large market opportunity with my passion and experience for scaling growth- focused teams and mechanisms, I'm excited to help serve Spruce's customer-centric mission." ERIC LAPIN FormFree has announced the appointment of Eric Lapin to the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this position, Lapin will leverage his more than 25 years' experience in leadership roles at marquee mortgage technology firms and financial institutions to steer the strategic vision and partnerships driving FormFree's growth. "My long-standing passion for helping lenders leverage technology to create a better mortgage experi- ence has made this next step in my career an easy one," Lapin said. "In my new role as CSO, I look forward to supporting FormFree's vision of transforming the mortgage industry with innovative solutions designed to improve lender operations and expand consumer access to sustain- able credit." Prior to joining FormFree, Lapin served as first VP of corporate development, national agency ser- vices, at Old Republic Title, where he spearheaded the structuring of new solutions, corporate alliance building, and lender and agency business de- velopment. Before that, he held a VP and Managing Director positions at banner housing fintechs and financial institutions including Altisource, Black Knight, First American, and Credit Suisse. As CSO, Lapin will strategically identify and execute growth opportu- nities at FormFree. His responsibilities will include monitoring the execution of business initiatives, identifying key capital projects, driving strate- gic partnership opportunities, and overseeing communications and marketing.
