President and CEO of Genworth Mortgage Insurance and Chair of U.S. Mortgage Insurers rohit gupta commenting on the FHA's recent decision to lower annual mortgage insurance premiums during his testimony before the House Financial Services Committee Housing and Insurance Subcommittee.
