Th e M Rep o RT | 11 MCrowd Bonnie Mccloskey The Collingwood Group, a business advisory firm based in Washington, D.C., announced that veteran housing finance policy expert Bonnie McCloskey has joined the company as VP. McCloskey comes to Collingwood from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), where she worked as a senior policy analyst. She is Collingwood's second recent addition from FHFA, joining months after Meg Burns, former senior associate director for the agency. Joe chappell In addition, LenderLive Network's Settlement Services division has gained a new leader, with longtime mortgage veteran Joe Chappell joining as SVP of operations. In his new position, Chappell will be responsible for vendor management, title, and escrow operations in three of LenderLive's locations: Denver; Kansas City; and Madison Heights, Michigan. Chappell brings more than 25 years' experience to the company, having served most recently as SVP and general manager of settlement services at Solutionstar. Wyatt GilBert Applied Business Software Inc. (ABS), de- veloper of The Mortgage Office and The Loan Office, loan servicing software solutions for the lending industry, is excited to an- nounce the hiring of Wyatt Gilbert in national sales, to further develop their growing presence with The Loan Office software, which launched in April 2014. Gilbert comes with a wealth of experi- ence in the IT world where he began his career, before moving into the auto commercial equipment industry. His knowledge of The Loan Office software is keen, and he is ready to take this product to the next level. Dan MuGGe Residential real estate data and technology provider ClosingCorp has selected Dan Mugge as the new SVP of program development. Mugge has more than 20 years' experience managing teams in the mortgage and real estate industry. He is expected to play a key role in the development of new corporate strategies and help extend client and vendor relationships. Mugge will be reporting to Closing Corp CEO Brian Benson. Benson believes Mugge is the right person for the future of the company. toDD GoMes In Florida, Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) announced the hiring of Todd Gomes as national account executive. As compliance issues sit front and center for the mortgage industry, NTC says Gomes will work to assist the company in promoting its research and document processing services and consulting with prospects to build processes that work for them. Gomes is a career sales and manage- ment professional, bringing experi- ence in both the financial and legal marketplaces. He was a co-founder and former director of MG Capital Inc., where his efforts resulted in $10 million in annual sales. aaron Fain Lewisville, Texas- based title insurance and escrow services provider Title365 Company has announced the appointment of Aaron Fain to VP, Mid-Markets Originations Division Manager. In his new position with Title365, Fain is responsible for selling title and settlement services to mid-market originators nationally. He will also handle business expansion and educational training for clients and account executives. He brings with him to Title365 more than 13 years' experience in the industry. lee lelsie After four months serving as interim general counsel for the company, Auction.com has named Lee Leslie as EVP and chief legal officer. Leslie joined Auction.com in 2014, bringing 20 years' legal and real estate experience with him. Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of HouseTech Real Estate, an online real estate services firm that now operates as a subsidiary of Auction. com. He also previously served as chief legal officer at LendingTree Loans and LowerMyBills.com. Mark Mackey International Document Services (IDS), a mortgage document preparation vendor operating out of Salt Lake City, has promoted former EVP Mark Mackey to CEO. Mackey began his career at IDS in spring 1999, joining the firm as a member of the sales team. Before that, he was an agent at KMS Commercial Development and Real Estate. With his promotion, Mackey is IDS' first-ever CEO, joining president and owner Curt Doman in the company's executive ranks. Will Foy OpenClose, an end- to-end loan origina- tion system provider, announced the addition of Will Foy as integra- tion manager. In this role, Foy will be responsible for client integrations, project manage- ment, quality assurance and testing, the application of agile technology methods, and business analysis and solution crafting, the company said. Foy joins OpenClose from Connective Mortgage Advisory Corp., where he was the IT manager. Prior to his time at Connective Mortgage Advisory, Foy was a quality assurance team lead at United Guaranty Corp. shana lasko In Colorado, LenderLive Network recently introduced its newest addition, Shana Lakso who joined the company as EVP of operations and client management for its mortgage services units. Lakso has been in the mortgage industry for more than two decades. Most recently, she was SVP of client management and operations at Equator, where she was responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing operating processes to maximize performance. John Guy Connecticut-based mortgage industry information and services provider Clayton Holdings has announced the hiring of John Guy as senior managing director of business development. During his more than 25 years in the residential and commercial mortgage banking and finance industries, Guy has served in senior business development roles at Auction.com, Mission Capital Advisors, and Ocwen Financial Corp. He has also held various portfolio acquisition roles at Bankers Trust, Security National, and Southbridge Investments. erika lance Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc., a post- closing services provider for the residential mortgage industry, announced the promotion of Erika Lance to the position of chief information officer. Lance has been with NTC for more than 10 years, serving in a number of roles. Lance has worked in human resources, the legal department, client relations, and overall organization within NTC, giving her a thorough understanding of both operational and client needs, the company said in a release.
