Martell to serve as its President and CEO in the wake of Anand Nallathambi's passing. Martell served as interim President and CEO as well as interim Principal Executive Officer after Nallathambi took a temporary medical leave of absence from CoreLogic in February. Prior to joining CoreLogic, he served as the President and CEO of the Western Institutional Review Board. Martell also served as the CFO of Advantage Sales and Marketing and Information Services Group. Martell held various leadership positions at ACNielsen Corporation, including VP and Treasurer, COO and President of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets, EVP of the Marketing Information Group, and COO of ACNielsen and President Europe, Middle East, and Africa. RICHARD G. THORNBERRY Radian Guaranty Inc., a subsidiary of Radian Group, Inc., appointed Richard G. Thornberry to succeed S.A. Ibrahim as CEO and a member of Radian Group's Board of Directors. An accomplished veteran of the mortgage finance industry, Thornberry joins Radian from NexSpring Group, where he was Chairman and CEO. Prior to co-founding NexSpring, Thornberry also co-founded and served as President and CEO of Nexstar Financial Corporation, which was acquired by MBNA. Prior to Nexstar, He was the president and CEO of Citicorp Mortgage Inc. Thornberry has held executive-level financial and operating positions at Residential Services Corporation of America/ Prudential Home Mortgage Company. VICTOR CALANDRA Victor Calandra has joined Selene Finance as the new SVP of Business Development. He was previously the SVP of Business Development at Specialized Loan Servicing, where he managed third-party servicing relationships for the firm. He has held leadership roles at companies such as The Winter Group, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura Securities. DENIA GRAHAM National Real Estate Solutions, Inc. has hired Denia Graham as the company's COO. With more than 30 years in mortgage field services, asset and property management, appraisal and real estate fields, Graham has extensive experience building large operation teams, managing technology projects, and owning the entire operational life cycle in different asset classes, as well as being an expert in the FHA/HUD conveyance space. Previously, Graham was the President of Nations Property Solutions. She was also an Executive Consultant for Aspen Grove Solutions, COO with Tenant Access, and a SVP for Field Asset Services. JOHN ABEL John Abel has joined Ellie Mae as SVP and Chief Information Officer, where he will be responsible for all aspects of the company's internal information technology and systems and will partner with business units to propose, plan, and implement enterprise IT systems to align Ellie Mae's technology vision with business strategy in support of business operations. With over 20 years' experience in technology expertise, Abel was SVP of IT at Hitachi Data Systems prior to joining Ellie Mae. Before Hitachi Data Systems, he held roles at Symantec, JDS Uniphase, KPMG Consulting, and British Nuclear Fuels plc. Abel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Staffordshire University in England. CRAIG AUSTIN Craig Austin has been named SVP of Sales and Business Development at ClosingCorp, where he will be responsible for leading the sales organization, developing customer acquisition strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with leading loan origination systems and industry settlement service portals. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Austin held sales and account management positions at RealEC Technologies/ Black Knight Financial Services, where he was one of the company's top performers for consecutive years. Most recently, he was the VP of Sales where he was responsible for selling the RealEC platform to the top 100 lenders across all lending channels. Austin graduated with a bachelor's degree in Managerial and Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University. ROBERT GREENBERG, MIN LEE Patch of Land, an online real estate lending marketplace, has announced that it has hired Robert Greenberg and Min Lee as its Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Finance Officer, respectively. A 25-year marketing and advertising executive, Greenberg led marketing and lead generation at B2R Finance, a Blackstone Group subsidiary and a provider of residential buy-to-rent mortgages. Lee joins Patch of Land from Credit Suisse, where he was a Director in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging team responsible for the execution of advisory and financing transactions. PAUL BUSH LRES has announced that Paul Bush has been promoted to the role of VP of Technology. Bush brings 15-plus years' experience to his new position, where he will steer the development of LRES' proprietary technology while implementing and maintaining its current systems. As the VP of Technology, Bush is also tasked with continuing the company's track record of more than 15 years of growth via secure applications and services, as well as
