In her new role, Vidal will work with LPS' product management team to review regulatory requirements and identify enhancements the company can make to its servicing systems to better support its clients. Vidal joins LPS from the Mortgage Bankers Association, where she worked as the associate VP of loan administration in the Public Policy and Industry Relations department. During her time there, she was responsible for residential servicing policy, covering a variety of servicing areas including default, loss mitigation and foreclosure, mortgage insurance, escrow administration, and compliance with federal laws affecting servicers. "Vicki's extensive servicing and public policy experience will enhance our product management team's ability to make the strategic investments necessary to ensure LPS solutions meet the changing industry landscape," said Scott FitzGerald, SVP of product management. Sharga has more than 30 years' experience in real estate, mortgage, and technology marketing. He is one of the country's most frequently quoted sources on real estate trends, having appeared on the CBS Evening News, NBC Nightly News, CNN, ABC World News, CNBC, FOX, and NPR. He has also briefed government organizations and corporations on foreclosure trends and done foreclosure training for several leading real estate organizations.
