The custom-built home includes such finely wrought details as crown molding, Italian tile, and hardwood floors. The master suite is replete with a Jacuzzi bath and shower, fireplace, and separate backyard entrance. The large pool also has a spa, large palapa, and outdoor oven. For recreation, the new owners can play tennis on the full-sized court. The new buyers will also have access to three hothouses and a strawberry field. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home lists for $3.25 million. Hot home: R&B badboy Chris Brown is selling his West Hollywood condo for a cool $1.895 million (plus HOA fees of $605 a month). The new owners can rest their heads in one of the three bedrooms in the open-plan space. The 3,000-square-foot home also has four bathrooms, direct elevator access, and bamboo floors. And it comes with two parking spaces—apparently two that Brown refused to use, as he racked up thousands of dollars in parking tickets among his other transgressions. Hot home: Rap superstar Young Jeezy put his 3,140-square-foot Buckhead condo on the market, and for the $1.1 million asking price, the new owner will be able to kick it in the custom-built walk-in closet fashioned after a Foot Locker store. The three-bedroom, fourbathroom home has tons of open space and natural light, giving it an airy feel. And the tri-level manse overlooks the entire city of Atlanta. A private elevator is available for shuttling residents to and from each view-granting floor, and the all-white décor in the kitchen lends itself to a party vibe. Hot home: This breathtaking estate overlooks Camelback Mountain and the Mountain Preserve on one side of the mansion while providing dramatic vistas of downtown Phoenix. The 8,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and sits on a little over an acre. The contemporary stucco structure exists on a private avenue, where visitors drive up to a home brimming with balconies, covered patios, more than three fireplaces, a breakfast bar, and brand-new appliances. The home lists for $5.6 million. Hot home: NBA champion Dwyane Wade has put his Kinzie Park townhouse on the market for $1.8 million. The perfect stop for the superstar athlete while he was on the road, he's now moving on from the 3,900-square-foot, four-bedroom abode. The home features a custom kitchen, a mix of hardwood and marble floors, a lavish master suite, fenced yard, and spacious rooftop terrace. Houston, Texas Minneapolis, Minnesota Dallas, Texas Washington, D.C. The home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms and features perfectly manicured lawns and an infinity pool that overlooks the wide, open spaces Houston is known for. It also has a hot tub perfect for any pro looking to rest after long, hard days. The master bath has a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub in the center of the room, and a private library and study. Hot home: Former Minnesota Viking turned Seattle Seahawk Antoine Winfield placed his Eden Prairie home on the sales block. He listed the 5,504-square-foot dwelling for $719,900. It has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms with vaulted ceilings. The floors are maple hardwood, including the cabinetry and floors. The bathrooms and kitchen are covered with granite countertops and feature the latest stainless steel appliances. The master suite has a gas fireplace—one of three in the home—a walk-in closet, and a full bath including a whirlpool and glass shower. Hot home: When Chuck Norris does push-ups, he isn't lifting himself up—he's pushing the earth down. And when he decides to sell the home featured in his iconic TV show Walker, Texas Ranger, he puts it on the market for $1.2 million. The manse is located in the Northwood Hills neighborhood of Dallas and was built in 1975. It has four oversized bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half-baths, a large media room, and a home gym outfitted with (no surprise here) a Chuck Norris Total Gym. The large patio leads to a sparkling pool, and the home has a three-car garage. Hot home: Own a piece of history with this 4,700-square-foot property and purchase the last home the nation's first president lived in prior to his death. On the market for $3.7 million, George Washington's former Franklin Street nest is now available for a family looking to make roots in the U.S. capital. The home has four bedrooms, a pool, several fireplaces, and a two-car garage. The homeowners can take a leisurely stroll around the two-acre property and sit in the gazebo or by the bubbling brook that flows into a pond. Hot home: The woman once rumored to have a hand in breaking up the Beatles is selling the home she purchased for her son. Yoko Ono is offloading her West Village penthouse, a 5,700-squarefoot abode fit for any rock star. Once a horse stable, it's been transformed into a modern live/work dwelling with the original wooden beams and columns, exposed brick, and working fireplaces. Sunlight is plentiful, thanks to the large windows in each of the three bedrooms. Ono originally listed the home for $8.995 million, but she has since dropped the price to $6.5 million.
