Wampler comes to Trulia from Lytro, where she served as VP of product and marketing. There, she adopted a strategic and data-driven go- to-market strategy, launching the company and the light field camera category to critical acclaim. For Trulia, her job will be to lead marketing initiatives for and increase the growth of the company's award- winning products. Daniel miller Mortgage document preparation vendor International Document Services, Inc., announced the hiring of Daniel Miller as VP of business development.Miller has a deep background in sales, having worked for nearly 20 years in the field. His most recent position was EVP of sales and business development at @Home Valuation Management Solutions, where he was responsible for rebranding the company and developing a strategic partnership plan for loan origination system and lender portal originations. Christina liepolD Christina Liepold is one of several new partners at ALAW. Liepold was most recently partner at Aronowitz, Mecklenburg, Spitalnick & Leopold, a California lender services firm. She also served as a VP with Goldman Sachs and director for Avelo Mortgage. Her expertise lies in legal services related to the residential loan secondary market. anDreW polloCK WDB Funding, LLC, announced the appointment of Andrew Pollock as the firm's president and CEO. Pollock brings 25 years' experience heading large-scale lending operations to his new role, where he is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, managing operations, and executing the strategic direction of the company. "We are ecstatic to have Andrew join the WDB Funding team at the top of the house," commented Joseph D'Urso, managing partner. Gino BerChoK Austin, Texas' 360 Mortgage Group announced the return of Gino Berchock to his old role as Southeast regional sales manager. Berchock rejoins 360 Mortgage from Pacific Union Financial, where he was also Southeast regional sales manager. Throughout his more than 20-year career, he has held similar positions at Clearpoint Funding, Countrywide, SunTrust Bank, Sovereign Bank, and Cedent Mortgage. He also served as VP and branch manager at Sovereign Bank/ Philadelphia Mortgage Corp. John CouGhlin Sixteen-year mortgage industry veteran John Coughlin joined LRES as its new VP of sales, the asset management and valuations company announced. Coughlin joins LRES from Integrated Asset Services, where he served as senior director of business development. Prior to that, he acted in executive leadership positions at several mortgage and financial organizations, including Bohan Group, Franklin Credit Management Corporation, and GRP Financial Services. GretChen malatesta First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation (FGMC), based in Virginia, announced the appointment of Chief Strategy Officer Gretchen Malatesta. Malatesta's career includes more than 25 year's financial services and management experience. "I am delighted to welcome Gretchen to FGMC's executive management team. Her knowledge of and experience in financial services and capital markets will be an asset to FGMC as we continue to develop and execute our growth strategies," said CEO Andrew Peters. Clay Cornett ALAW, a legal services provider for the mortgage banking industry, named Clay A. Cornett VP of sales for the firm and its related technology entities. Cornett possesses more than 30 year's experience representing banks and mortgage operations. He most recently served as EVP of sales for ServiceLink, a Fidelity National Financial (FNF) Company. He also served as president of FNF, FNIS, and LPS Default Solutions' group of companies from 2000 to 2011. In addition to serving in the VP role, Cornett was also also been named a partner with the firm. Jay Giesen Kroll Factual Data Inc., a provider of risk mitigation and third party verification services to the finance industry, announced the hiring of Jay Giesen as SVP of sales. Working out of Kroll's office in Loveland, Colorado, Giesen will lead the company's sales force in all national and regional efforts, focusing on pushing key strategic accounts and increasing customer acquisition and retention. His most recent post prior to Kroll was at Sigue Global Services, Ltd., where he oversaw operations as president. Jimmy yerman Super-regional mortgage bank Mortgage Master named 23-year industry veteran Jimmy Yerman as its new mid- Atlantic regional manager. Yerman has been with Mortgage Master since 2011, working before that as branch manager for Prospect Mortgage. His career started at Great Financial Mortgage Corporation, where he worked as a loan originator. In his new role, Yerman will work out of Baltimore, where he also serves as branch manager. Kelly houseman- heBert National Real Tax Tracking (NRTT), a nationwide real estate tax management firm headquartered in Chicago, announced the promotion of Kelly Houseman-Hebert to managing director. An employee of NRTT since its inception, Hebert most recently worked as the company's director of operations. In her new role, her responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, business development, information technology infrastructure, and budgetary finances. miChael Barron Joining ALAW as a partner is Michael Barron. He brings a wealth of operational oversight experience and has long pushed for technological innovation in the mortgage banking industry. Working as general counsel for the United Companies Financial Corporation, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of LAWPlus, which allowed for the electronic filing of documents by the California bar.
