Prior to joining Pro Teck, Gerspach worked most recently at Express Scripts, a Fortune 20 company, where he served in a number of senior management roles that saw him working to increase revenue and streamline operations. During his tenure, he played a key part in managing the company's post- merger integration of its $29-billion acquisition of Medco, which covered 20 locations and 10,000 employees. Michele chaMpion USFN, a legal and information resource network serving the mortgage industry, has recruited Michele Champion as director of education and marketing. A certified association executive, Champion is now responsible for developing USFN's premium educational programs and overseeing sponsorship management, advertising, and event management for the organization. Champion brings to the group more than 10 years of experience in management, professional development, training, and events. erik anderson The Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA) has named Erik Anderson as its new president. Anderson had been serving as the VP of sales forLenderLive's GuardianDocs unit since 2009. He has been on the CMLA board of directors since 2011 and has been actively involved with the organization since 2009. He is a graduate of CMLA's Mortgage Leadership Program and the 2011 MBA Future Leaders Program. chris Mclain The Accurate Group has hired on Chris McLain as SVP and national account manager. McLain is a 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry, having worked in the mortgage, real estate, and valuation sectors. He graduated from the University of Florida and has since worked as an accounts director, an appraiser, a marketing executive, a licensed real estate agent, and past president of the Florida Quality Council. He also has a military background, having served in the 101st Airborne Division. WilliaM carr Former JPMorgan Chase VP William Carr is now overseeing business growth at Kalamazoo Mortgage (KM), the Michigan- based firm announced. As KM's new national director of business development, Carr is stepping into his role as the relative newcomer to the mortgage game prepares to expand in Central Michigan, Detroit, Chicago, and North Texas. Moving forward with KM, Carr plans to "facilitate growth and ensure service levels continue to set the industry standard," the company said. linda sT. clair Pennsylvania-based Avenue 365 Lender Services announced a new appointment to its national sales team, naming mortgage veteran Linda St. Clair to the position of national account manager. St. Clair joins Avenue 365 from her most recent role at LenderLive, where she previously served as VP and national account manager for the company's Settlement Services Division. She also has experience in national sales positions for Stewart Lender Services and First American Equity Loan Services. Michael J. MccorMick The American Legal and Financial Network (ALFN) announced that Michael J. McCormick, Esq., has been re- elected to its board of directors for a second term. McCormick currently serves as a managing partner for the bankruptcy department at McCalla Raymer, a position that has him overseeing a dozen bankruptcy attorneys and assisting in bankruptcy representation for 350 lenders and servicers nationwide. McCormick has been on the board since 2012, holding an affiliated attorney/trustee seat. His new term will last an additional two years. Jane house Informative Research, a mortgage information services provider, has appointed Jane House as director of portfolio solutions, the company announced. House joins Informative Research from CoreLogic Credco, where she held the role of national account director of strategic marketing. Stepping into her new position, House will lead a nationwide portfolio risk and retention department, overseeing risk mitigation, marketing, and other strategies. anThony nalbone WFG National Title Insurance Company has added Anthony Nalbone to its team, appointing the veteran development professional as agency sales consultant for the Southeast. With a background in sales and marketing, partnership development, and mergers and acquisitions, Nalbone has extensive experience in running and growing title and mortgage operations with a heavy emphasis on using technology to maximize sales revenue. In his new position, Nalbone will focus on providing support services to WFG agents in Central and Southern Virginia. donald Mask LRES' former CFO, Don Mask, has transitioned into the role of chief administration officer (CAO) and chairman, according to a company announcement. A veteran of LRES for more than a decade, Mask is now responsible for developing the company's short- and long- term strategic goals; overseeing human resources, marketing, client relations, and facilities departments; establishing board governance; and managing LRES' business investments. alice sorenson LRES' former chief investment officer (CIO) is now EVP and management advisor, the company announced. Alice Sorenson, who previously served as CIO at LRES for two years and as COO for four years, is now responsible for planning corporate strategies, cultivating prospective leads, and establishing new business opportunities for the California-based valuations and asset management services provider. "Alice's new role at LRES is a strategic decision for LRES as the company continues to evolve over time," said CEO Roger Beane. norM FiTzGerald University of Massachusetts graduate Norm Fitzgerald has been named the new SVP of field sales at National Mortgage Insurance Corporation. Fitzgerald served as SVP of correspondent lending with Nationstar Mortgage immediately prior to his appointment with National MI. Fitzgerald previously worked in a variety of executive positions with CitiMortgage for 10 years, after which he moved on to PHH Mortgage as SVP of correspondent lending.
